Hooters

The service is not bad but it seems like it always takes forever to be seated even if the place is not full. I’m not a big wing eater so I usually order other things and it’s ok. Not very many choices on the menu that’s not fried but what do you expect.

I am giving this Hooters 4 stars. My take out order on Sunday was horrible. I spoke with Thomas the manager and he credited me my purchase. The next night me and my fiancée decided to dine in. The food was great and drinks was great.

My boyfriend ate there and brought me wings Togo they were supposed to be 10 mild wings but I guess no one checked my order before they sent it out because when I got them they were 10 plain wings that tasted so gross. They honestly tasted like they hadn’t changed they’re grease in a week. When I tried to call up there they placed me on hold for 10 minutes I got fed up and hung up and called them back and the girl who answered was like there’s nothing I can do I keep telling my manager but she hasn’t picked up the phone. Wish customer service was a little high on their list than watching a football game. Will not be ordering here again.

The chicken sandwich was really under cooked, hope I don’t get sick from it! The restroom didn’t have soap for washing hands either. Kind of disappointing and they recently remodeled this place. Assumed it would have been better.
The server didn’t even ask how the food was.
The Manager came over and made things right later on. Had to update my review.
I appreciate him following up.

Finally their is a place to get a Blood n Honey on tap. I had a great time watching the Rangers here. My waitress Angel is amazing. She did a great job at taking care of my table. I would definitely recommend her for my Hooter girl

My husband and I went Friday night and sat at the bar. The bartender was horrible! She couldn’t mix a drink properly, she didn’t shake the drinks properly then she banged the shaker (glass end) on the edge of the bar. That’s a huge No-​No!!! The chicken wings were hudge but the were very gristly… barely got any meat out of them! Our curly fries were half cooked half not… I think they were too busy for the help in the back to keep up! We later ordered a key-​lime pie which was amazing except for the fact they out raspberry syrup on the plate for embellishment… the two favors did not do well with each other!!!
I have worked at many restaurants and have managed a couple… it seemed there were a lot of regulars coming to see the girls which is great but for the new comers like us I’m sure they are not returning… this was pretty bad and novelty!

Very slow service. Drinks were decent. My understanding is the place is under staffed. I have never had a bad experience with Hooters, but here is what happened. The drinks were «decent.» Service lacked for better words. The food, took FOREVER and when the wings came out they were hard and dry. My guest and I sent our food back, something I NEVER do and we were asked if we «wanted the food for free.» No, we went home and ate leftovers and just had the drinks. I can tell there is an issue with service and staff. I’d like to visit again and give another review after they resolve the staffing issues.

I’m currently on vacation and went to hooters for dinner with some family that lives in town, I immediately noticed my food was cold as it wasn’t even warm to the touch, I ordered a Texas club and onion rings, my food tasted like it had been sitting for hours so I told my server, and received free onion rings. which weren’t really free till I had to remind our server… Anyways, shortly after I got home and was getting ready for bed my stomach turned extremely ill and I have been up vomiting ever since. First time having food poisoning in my life and I couldn’t be more upset.

I haven’t been here in so long and I used to love their wings so I ordered some hot wings and fries to go, the wings do not taste good anymore something is off with breading and fries have no type of flavor at all.

5 stars– Hot buffalo shrimp.
4 stars– Shrimp poor boy. Little to heavy on the dressing.
3 stars– they changed their wings. My favorite part of hooters wings was that little third tiny end wing. Then last time I was there their wing were like the one you get at Buffalo wings.
I was very disappointed.
I always get good service here and the drinks are always cold. It’s a solid 4 star restaurant, for the type of restaurant it is.

Love the new layout. Food good as always service was mediocre but overall was a pleasant visit. Trivia? What was this hooter before it was hooters? See if ya know.

Used to love them now they over sauce and wings are smaller portion. This site is a little loud but service was good. Tried a salad and it seemed like lettuce a little wilted or in a cooler for a couple months. Waitress did ask kitchen to redo wings for me when I said something.

You know Hooters is severely overrated the atmosphere is great the drinks are cold but when it comes to the food even for bar quality this isn’t very good. I dont know why everyone is so in love with the wings the are average at best. The winner here is the oysters and the steamed shrimp I tell you the are great and the fish and chips man o man off the charts especially while drinking.

I really like how the place looks since the remodeling. Decent sight lines for TVs from just about every seat. The food is what you’d expect from Hooters. I would have considered scoring higher, but the service was inconsistent. .. and we had to ask for drink refills twice instead of the waitress being proactive with her service. We’ll still continue to visit this restaurant. .. just because.

Great service today. We come here often. Food and drink since remodel has gotten a lot better. Nice to see waitress checking in to see how were doing. Fried pickles don’t seem to taste the same since it was 1^st introduced, not sure why but really no flavor outside of pickle.

First bad experience at a Hooters in 30 years. This location in Grapevine needs undercover boss to visit. Wings were not cooked and when I picked up a wing it was under 50 degrees like the ends were never under the grease. Still cold from the fridge when they pulled them out prior to dropping in the grease. Then fries never showed up. Had to ask for them again. I reach for the Ketchup and the bottle was empty. Overall bad experience.

Two stars just because the Cajun wings are good. This place used to be pretty good, they had a decent waitstaff… now they only have about two or three waitresses/​bartenders that actually seem to give a **it. Most of the waitresses at this location are rude and useless at their jobs. And it seems like I’m not the only one having this problem (hhhuuuhmmm management? Maybe time to clean house again)

Hooters always has good wings, but this location has HORRIBLE service. Maybe because I’m not a guy, but I’m a great tipper when deserved, and I’m probably way more charming then all those guys ;). Just kidding, I think the service just sucks in general, regardless of gender.
Probably the worse location I’ve been to. Nothing more to say.

Love their wings (chipotle honey is the best) and crab legs (shockingly) Every time I have gone all the staff has been very nice. I can’t remember the name of the last server we had but she stayed on top of our drinks kept our table clean and even helped with suggestions when we didn’t know what appetizer to order. I’ll for sure return! Stay away from the one in Mesquite though! The manager (young guy with facial hair) there is beyond rude and it’s very unorganized. He insulted the birthday girl at our table when she complained about the Hour and a half wait to be seated and tried to drag me into it just because I complimented the server earlier that night. Very awkward.

Rachel the waitress, sat across from us the whole time talking to a man who had not ordered food at all. I did not get a fork, even when I asked her for one at the beginning. Drinks were not refilled, plates not given when our food arrived (which was brought to us by another waitress). She did not check up on us. Just sat with the man. I made eye contact, she still did not come over. Our drinks were empty and within eyesight. Another waitress had to get her attention. She was rude when she finally checked on us. Could not explain items on menu. Complained to manager, he acted like we didn’t matter. After she gave us our check, did not even thank us. Just went back to man who didn’t order food. If she wasn’t sitting literally 6 feet away from us (at the next table) we would have given her the benefit of a doubt that maybe she was busy, but the fact that I continuously made eye contact with her, and she did not even bother to check on us is insulting as a patron. She continuously played on her phone + flirted with a non-​customer. There is a serious deficit in her customer service, which needs to be remedied. Worst. Waitress. Ever. Manager was incompetent, and did not fix the problem.
DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to be ignored and treated like you know what. I work hard for my money and I expect my waitress to at least do the bare minimum of her job. You know, like refill my drinks, or get me a fork when asked. I also do not appreciate my waitress getting hostile and ruder (as if that was possible) when her lack of customer service was brought to her attention.

First time will also be my last. Wings are nothing compared to pluckers or bww. The service was ehhh. Had excess of our all you can eat and ‘Channing’ refused to give us to go boxes for our leftover even though we saw her give it to her hs friends… who also took the played it came on. Is that the thing now?
Avid hooters, there’s so many other good wings place and it’s worth the drive if this is alternative.

I had the honor of coming here with out knowing anyone that works there.
This is not a good place to eat at.
Worst service ever.
Unless you know someone working. Don’t come here.

Foolish tour continues; do not be upset by my review of 12 different Hooters today!
Our fourth stop was to Hooters of North Richland Hills.
We stopped but did not eat; we took pictures and continued on our way.
We like this restaurant it was bright and starting to get very busy for lunch
The girls were very friendly and gladly posed for pictures. I like our pictures!
Back to the Batmobile, onward foolish boys!
Would I go back? Yes next time we need passport stamps!
