Use a different pharmacy. There are so many options out there you don’t need to put up with bad service and unpleasant attitudes. The store is just fine– the pharmacy is very disappointing.

Omg, I waited 45 mins to purchase wine. At 6pm there was only 2 lines open. No quick checkout due to alcohol being purchased. Only come here if you don’t mind spending all day at this store. No workers available and im sure hours were cut, I guess due to that major law suit with that famous comedian. The Waltons or whatever the families name, need to do better. Pay and treat there worker better wages. I need to cancel my business accounts and go to costco. A soon to be former member since 1990.

Pharmacy is super… Always nice and work to take care of me! I love Sam’s pizza and Icee’s… very cheap and fast lunch! Hotdogs are awesome as well! Can’t say I have had any bad experiences here!

They need more lines open here, on a Saturday night only three people were at the lines… three. It just got s little renovated and more organized, but three lanes open with the whole store? Atrocious.

having a discounted membership through my wife’s office is the only reason why we continue to shop here. the old hags manning the entrance take their jobs way too seriously! seems like every time we walk through the door they’re screaming at us for our membership cards all the while letting older patrons walk on by. I don’t even want to get started on the cashiers at the food counter but i will say the pharmacy has great customer service. therefore this review will sit on 2 stars

Generally most employees at Sams Club are courteous and respectful. The ladies who work at the food court couldn’t be bothered to help a customer. I stood at the counter for a good solid minute waiting to order(with both employees tending the cash drawer in front of me) without either even raising their head to greet me.
