This is a great small town, family run hotel. The room was clean and spacious and there was a jet tub in the bathroom. There is a really great communal deck with a barbeque and outdoor bar area. The staff is very friendly and laid back and they are pet friendly. I will certainly visit again.

Checked in to Natchez Hotel, as it was the closest hotel to where my boyfriend and I were river rafting. I made the reservation online, which was really convenient, and not something you see often with smaller hotels, especially in that area. We arrived and were immediately put off by the exterior(I think our words were«I saw a Best Western about ten miles back, we can still go!»). We decided to give it a chance and drove around to the back to check in. The staff was really nice. I ran my credit card, they gave us the key, and that was it. No need for small talk or a tour or anything, which I liked. We chose Suite B, which had two queen sized beds, a TV, a microwave, kitchen table, and a bathroom with a tub. The room itself was nothing special, but it was cozy and homely and a nice place to sleep. If I ever go back to the Naches/Yakima area, I’m sure I will stay here again. The price was pretty good for what you got, especially compared to some of the chain hotels in the area. The staff was nice, the room was cozy. I don’t know what else you could want if you’re just staying for a night or two.

The idea of a spa in my room and poster bed made me interested. Nothing was said about crawling over the spa to get to the toilet or that I could leave messages to the maid by writing in the dust everywhere! Be aware of fruitflies in the room and wear socks at all times!

Natchez Hotel I checked online for other places near our rafting trip and this was the closest that I was able to find that was inexpensive, and available. The person on the phone was helpful and laid back. This is definitely not a chain hotel nor is it a foofy B&B. The décor in the New Orleans room was meh. I asked the owner if there was wi-fi internet service and was told that internet was available in a specific area, but no wi-fi. FYI, I use TMobile=No Phone Service=No Edge. Pros — Near the«Y» at interstates 410 and 12, pretty good prices, mellow atmosphere.(YMMV) Cons — No cell phone service(for me), a couple of strange greasy stains on a couple of the pillow cases! yuck. One of the pillows smelled like cologne(unwashed?) Anyway, my experience with the Natchez Hotel is LIMITED, but I don’t need much when i’m just staying for a quick«over-night». I just needed a place to sleep, and I would crash here again if it came down to it. I’ll give it three stars because it borders between 2 – 3 stars.
