Dyes’kountry Katfish

We went looking for a local place for a catfish buffet during a recent vacation. Long story short — Dyes makes many of the items on their buffet from scratch. The fried veggies such as friend okra and zucchini were homemade and the desserts were to die for. The owners were very friendly as well. This place is very local — it’s about as local as you can get, in a very small town. We were very glad we made the drive and if we’re back in the area, we’ll go again.
We gave it 5 starts because for the area and for the genre of food, we were really impressed. If you’re looking for the über healthy vegan place, then look elsewhere, but for an all-​you-​can-​eat local fare in an interesting place, then try Dyes.
