My RV purchase was a great experience. I never felt pressured yet I felt like I was given proper attention. Weeks of nationwide research; it was easy to conclude they have the best prices. This totally removed the haggling stress and nonsense. I have a bumper pull, they included the load levelers and sway bar as part of the deal. I’ve heard other places charge an extra $ 750. Check on this. They also included several hundred in credit at their store for hoses, chocks, etc. They do not have a large volume, but the campers come and go very quickly. So if you’re serious about buying an rv and they have the one you want, better not hesitate. I brought the camper in for warranty service in mid December and got it back early January. This seems acceptable to me. I am the third person in the family to purchase from genuine, we all share the same appreciation for this business. Buyer be assured.

ABSOLUTELYTHEWORST! Found a unit I wanted, emailed, called, made a deal, signed a byer’s order form. I live in Colorado, so I told them I couldn’t come til feb. 17th Offered to put down a deposit. They said no, just pay when I got there. Stayed in touch with salesman, he thought I said Jan.17th instead of feb. 17th. I reminded him of what I had said, offered again to make a deposit, they said no, it was fine, they trusted me. Had a problem with my truck, which was an entirely different fiasco, see Victory Motors in Colorado; called Genuine RV to let them know that I was coming, was just going to be a couple of weeks, due to truck and work, offered to make deposit again, they said no again. Not even a week went by, and I got an email from one of the salesman saying they had sold it. I was furious. I called, and no appology, simply tried to justify it. They do not answer emails, and the sales people do not communicate with eachother because when I called, they simply did not know what going on, but tried to handle eachother’s customers. David the original salesman I talked to had a family emergency, but did not bother to set any email vacation response indicating anything. I kept trying to communicate but heard nothing, so called and talked to Tony. Tony is a fast talker who does very little listening. He informed me of the situation, so I delt with him. I also communicated with David again. These people SUCK! I had given notice to my appartment. Despite all my attempts at communicating, and offering to put down a deposit multiple times, they did not have the decency to even call me and tell me what they were plannning to do, or when they did it.
