Really rude, stuck up sales women. I can’t ever figure out if its an antique store or an upholstery shop. They advertise as antiques, but really don’t have very much. On one hand they put a sign outside that says antiques, but then on the door there was a sign instructing passerbys to make an appointment… do I really have to make an appointment even for upholstery services? Or are they just too lazy to be bothered during normal business hours… The customer service is practically non-existent, and the women give you dirty looks I guess wanting you to leave. As far as upholstery goes, they are extremely expensive, it’s much easier to just go to Goldie’s(and a lot friendlier as well). It appears to be owned and operated by the women of one single family,(all waspy– stuck ups) clearly pleasantries aren’t a family value for them. They immediately judge you as soon as you walk through the door and from there, do that really aggressive«can I help you find something» which is clearly meant to be interpreted as «you LOOK like you aren’t a serious customer, get out». Very offensive. Don’t even think of asking them about their services, I recently spoke to someone named crystal?(I think)… She had a Hispanic last name, she barely managed to give me a card, and seemed pained to answer any further questions. They can’t give ANY type of estimates, there’s no «base-charge», nothing. I will not be back, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
