We eat here at least once a week — awesome food and service, the owner is very friendly always comes out and talks to us when we go in. Would highly recommend

The restaurant is VERY clean and smelled great. Extensive menu with many selections, even for non seafood lovers. My wife thinks there are too many menu choices, but I disagree. The food was very fresh and our meal was served about 10 minutes after we placed or order. We ate during lunch service. I really hope this restaurant thrives because we will definitely be coming back.

Great Seafood! This place serves REAL Catfish unlike many seafood restaurants these days. Fish and shrimp were seasoned and cooked perfectly. Fresh cold complementary salad with real ranch dressing. Hand cut fries and fresh cocktail and tarter sauce.

Looking for somewhere unique to eat as we are driving thru Nacodoches. This place looked clean. And sign said grand opening. First of all it’s as warm inside as it is outside. Our server had no clue about what drinks they offered — nor could she answer simple questions about the menu. Negatives: cooks need to learn proportion. The individual bowls of slaw could feed half of Texas and the dressing was cloyingly sweet and thick. Same thing with some of their«sides» enough for a table of ten to share. The water tasted like it came straight out of the nearby pond. Yuk. Positives: very clean dining room and bathrooms. Server was friendly. Meh: food less than memorable — although it was hot and fresh. Breading on the fish and shrimp bland. Fried perfectly — just too little flavor. Side note: HUGE menu — almost too many choices — NObody does that much that well. They need to pare down to a shorter menu and focus on flavor development. So.if you happen to be on South Street in Nacodoches… go to Arby’s instead!
