I only came here because it was the only place in the area that accepted my insurance.
They’re only open during business hours Monday through Friday so I had to take time off work to go. This was only made worse because it took them three tries to get my prescription right. The third time they weren’t even ready for me when I did show up so they had to rush me through the exam.
I only gave them a two because they at least honored their insurance when the glasses I got broke less than six months later. I’m just hoping these last a little longer.

I just wasn’t entirely impressed w/​my experience w/​Dr. Vardeman. I tried to make conversation b/​c I’m just a super friendly and talkative person and she seemed pretty snotty. Maybe she was just having a bad day though. Unfortunately I don’t have vision insurance and since I buy my glasses online for outrageously better prices than they could EVER offer I went 1 time, got my prescription up to date and haven’t been back since. I have personal issues w/​Dr Smith down the road, so I just really don’t generally go to the eye doctor. Maybe next time I’ll try Wal Mart. Or Lufkin.
