Good meat selection and quality. Ample wine and beer choices. Prices are not always the best but frequent sales tend to alleviate that concern.

A local Nampa supermarket — nothing great. However, some of the staff are truly exceptional(thus the 4 stars). I love how the people at this store remember you and make you feel valued. This is something that doesn’t always happen at chain stores. The woman at the meat department(I SHOULD know her name, lol) always says hi and even asks about my kids. The store itself is laid out like just about any Albertsons. It is a bit dated compared to other locations, but all in all it is clean and established. Prices are on par with the chain but they do sometimes have good local deals on Broncos stuff, which I am sure the sports fans will love.

All my visits to this store have been great! The staff in the deli an seafood departments are knowledgeable, check staff always make sure I’m getting the best deal, and the rest of the staff is attentive. This location also has a good micro beer selection! This location has definitely become my go-to grocery store.

When I buy seafood in Nampa, I always go here or Fred Meyer. It’s a toss up between whoever has the fresher fare at the moment. And not the other Albertsons on Greenhurst where you can sometimes smell the fish from the entrance either, it has to be this one. The girl who usually works the seafood counter here knows her stuff. Albertons and Fred Meyer are pretty much the only places with an okay wine selection in Nampa too, along with World Market. Otherwise I just stop here for the essentials… you know, gas and beer. Cheapest gas in town, and you can save a few cents a gallon on top of it if you use your rewards card and buy as much beer and wine as I do. And like Brad G said in his review for the other 12th street Albertsons(the one on the corner of 12th and Greenhurst with the smelly fish) you can pay your electric bill here too, for free. It’s pretty much instant and has saved me from having it shut off by paying it the night before. Thanks Albertsons, for allowing my procrastination to go unpunished.
