I have scratch protection coverage on my glasses.
They had some scratches. I purchased my glasses at the Boise location and since I’ve moved I came to the Nampa location.
The optician gladly called Boise to get my information. She was very friendly and said it would be about an hour to two hours.
I got a text in about an hour and half saying my new lenses were ready.
Prompt, courteous and fast service.
