Moxie Java Spectrum

I ordered the Carols chocolate the description said it had hot chocolate, toasted marshmallow, chocolate and a few other things in it. I told the barista that is what I wanted & asked if I could get some peppermint chips in it, also. She said, «ummm… Peppermint chips? I don’t think we have those… Have you gotten them here before???» I said, «In your peppermint chocolate moxieloxie (I don’t know the exact name) it says it has peppermint chips in it.» She said, «hm… I don’t think that we have those.. . Oh found them.» …wtf? So I pull up to the window and the blonde girl hands me my drink… There is coconut in it… No where in the description of Carol’s chocolate did it say it had coconut. I hate coconut. I even called another Moxie to ask if it had coconut in it. She said «no, It had toasted marshmallow and hot chocolate.» I didn’t even go back that girl was to dumb to even attempt to deal with again. She really needs to go over the menu again… A few times!

So my husband is banned from Moxie Java, Nampa! They ran out of coffee. He states to the cashier who happens to be the manager, How do you run out of coffee in a coffee shop? You should have an extra airpot of coffee already going. You should be proactive about it. Once he got the coffee, he was on the road off to work. She forgot to put sugar in his coffee. He called her from his phone. The manager says u never asked for sugar. He said he did. She offered to redo the coffee if he came back, but he was on his way to work so he said no.
Weeks later he went and ordered coffee as usual. As he pulled up to the window and pulled his money out, the cashier states, «She is not going to take his money and here’s his coffee. He was told that he was not welcomed there anymore.
The owner of Moxie Java decided to ban him from that moxie java without understanding his point of view.
My personal opinion is that if you can not take criticism, you definitely should not be a manager. They loss our business.
