I ended up going back because I do love the food. I went a few times… but ended up getting food poisoning from bad chicken. I called to let them know and the young girl on the phone had no idea the protocol for an issue like this and said, well… that’s weird. They did nothing.

Love the healthy food options that Pita Pit offers. Be sure they steam the pita enough or it falls apart (area for improvement as it has happened to me a few times) The aloha is a favorite of mine, it’s not on their regular menu but an employee recommended it and it’s amazing. It has chicken, ham and pineapple with teriyaki sauce plus whatever delicious vegetables and toppings you would like to add. The staff are always friendly, upbeat and knowledgeable about what they have to offer.

This was my very first visit to Pita Pit and I was extremely happy with there food. I ordered the Dagwood, which has ham, turkey and prime rib. It was delicious! My dining companion had the same except she had hummus on hers. She gave me a bite and I loved it. I will definitely be adding hummus on mine in the future. What’s also nice is they have plenty of toppings and sauces to add to your sandwich. I recommend asking them to add mushrooms and onions to the grill, while they’re cooking the meat. The only downside of this place is that it is a little slow. Overall it is worth the wait though. If you want super fast food go to subway, if you want some awesome food and can spare a few extra minutes, go here. Give them a shot, its worth it.

I have loved Pita Pit! I used to go all the time when I lived in Portland! And when I mived here I was so happy there was one in Boise and even more happy there is one here in Nampa. Their food is fresh and delish! I just wish they delivered a little further! :-)

Very impressive! Placed order to be delivered. Arrived at my house in 15 minutes, wow. Food was hot and amazing. Only complaint cook the cookies a bit longer. I still ate them, haha.

This place has a lack of customer service my 2nd time here you wait and wait seems they can only handle 1 customer at a time. I don’t feel the quality of the food deserves the wait… very very poor customer service I doubt I will be back.

I don’t know about the poor review but we found the price comparable to other sandwich shops. Large portions and selections. If you love wraps and pittas you should love this place. Staff was friendly and helpful and the food the day we were there was fresh and delicious not to mention healthy. We are going back!

This place is AMAZING! I’ve never been to one before, but have a ton of allergies and checked their online allergen menu so I knew they had things I could eat. The ingredients are really fresh … Crunchy veggies and soft pita. I could even have condiments on my sandwich because they use pepperoni juice in their special sauce (I’m allergic to white grapes and soy, so dressings are usually a no go). I ate there three times last week. The pita was perfect each time!!! Also, they were really nice about accommodating my allergies and answering questions. I hate it when restaurant staff gets snarky when I say I have allergies. That’s why I appreciate restaurants like Pita Pit that have an online allergen menu available … I figure out what I can order before I go, then I just have to confirm my selection doesn’t have any of my «other» (not Big Eight) allergies. Gold stars for Pita Pit!
