Very disappointed with customer service received when I walked into the shop, looking just get information on corsages and boutonnieres for a wedding not for quit a few months out.
Upon walking in she walked out from the back and says do you need something. Upon telling her some info for flowers for corsages, she told me she doesn’t have time for me. And starting complaining her driver didn’t show up. I felt very unwelcomed, and then said I guess I’ll go somewhere else. She said nothing !!!

Sent a friend flowers from out of town. This florist was great to work with. She created a perfect bouquet for my pal. Day after Mother’s Day no less. Her busiest weekend of the year! 5 stars here!

Our company, Radix Construction uses The Rose Petal for all our floral, gift baskets, and Grand Opening Day Baskets. The customer service and prompt delivery is very much appreciated! Everything is fresh and beautiful and the baskets tailor-​made to suit the recipients. The Rose Petal sends our baskets in town and out of state. No matter what we ask of this company their performance is exceptional! We love this business. Thanks to the Rose Petal for enhancing the downtown Nampa area.

I have used several florists, including the online ones, to send my mother flowers each birthday from out of town. This time I needed same day delivery and decided to try Rose Petal. The woman who answered the phone was knowledgable and friendly. I asked for a cheerful arrangement with daisies and whatever else they had on hand. For under $ 50 my Mom received same-​day delivery of a beautiful bouquet that lasted over 2 weeks. She said it was one of the best ones she’s received. Good quality and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I went to send my grandma flowers in the hospital but didn’t know of a good florist in Nampa since I live out of state, so I turned to Unilocal for help. I was so happy with my experience with Rose Petals! Not only was she extremely pleasant on the phone, but the flower arrangement was beautiful and artistically arranged. I will not hesitate to give her the highest rating!

This business is owned by a single mom, and she has the best prices for flowers in wider Boise area. She also has the best selection and nicest bouquets. She maintains a great website with reasonable prices, as well, and it’s easy to purchase flowers online. I’m just really impressed with her business. I am the Social Committee Chair at my place of employment, and I work in South Korea (live in Nampa the rest of the time). I actually use her site while I’m in South Korea because I know she’ll make sure that quality flowers are sent. So, if you’re looking for a good florist, she’s a good one. :)
