We bought a trailer from them. After we picked it up we noticed a small broken plastic part.
Tried to contact them… even to find out where we could buy one.
After the sale… absolutely no contact.
Even assistance during the sale was nonexistent. Even worse, our ‘new’ trailer had a rusty tongue.
Overall, it was an extremely poor experience. If you can buy anywhere else, fo yourself a favor, and run away from this business.

Very friendly, well-​networked staff of salespeople. I’ve bought from them before, and will again I’m sure. Nice touch: referred me to their competition and shared with me personal insights from selling many brands of trailers in and around Idaho. The prices they had on items the last time I visited were competitive, but for what I was looking for, I went with their competition. I still recommend them to friends and collegues.
