A simple Filet O’ Fish meal should not take 25 minutes to obtain. I was starving after work and decided to pick up some dinner. Little did I know in the amount of time it took, I could have driven all the way home to Riverdale in the Bronx and gotten something by my house for the same price. Fast food is supposed to be FAST.

This place no longer honors the prices on their own menu. That’s illegal around here. And when I emailed a complaint via the website, I was advised that the franchisee would get back to me. They never did. Go to the New City McDonalds. Older, not as fancy, but better run

Zero customer service. In fact, the staff don’t even speak to you. If your lucky you’ll get a hostile glance. Looking through the drive through window there’s an awful lot of fooling around and laughing going on but when it comes to buisness how dare you interrupt them! We only ordered a Mc flurry so can’t really comment on the accuracy of orders. Also we weren’t waiting on line very long. Just terribly rude service!

Worst McDonald’s ever. Suppose to be fast food but it’s the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to. Very poor service. Don’t forget to check your food before you drive away from the drive thru… They seem to always forget something

Perhaps the most poorly run McDonalds I’ve ever been to. It does not matter what time of day you come here, or if there are few people on line-you will wait for over 15 minutes for your order and it will most likely be wrong. Having managed a McDonalds in my high school/college days, I can tell you the staff/management do not follow any protocols when taking orders and lack in customer service skills. The other evening I went through the drive through and was told to come inside despite the drive through being 24⁄7. Once inside, the staff was taking orders by hand and would not take credit card. The picture below shows the scene. The woman in front of me had to wait 12 minutes for a happy meal, so I just walked out. Just a poorly run McDonald’s from top to bottom. Will not be returning to this one ever again.

This might be the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. A friend and I were at the counter for about 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. The entire staff was talking and joking with each other instead of working. The boy who took our orders asked one of the other employees for help. She laughed and said«I can’t do that» as she walked away to chat with the rest of the crew. The manager didn’t seem to care at all that his employees are not doing their jobs, as he came up to put change in a register and made no comments about everyone carrying on behind the counter. After we finally got our food, it took us another five minutes to find a table that wasn’t filthy. We wiped a table down ourselves with wet wipes I carry in my purse. Terrible service, and the establishment is poorly maintained.

Employees are not trained properly, orders are wrong and you have to wait forever to get your order.

I grew up in Nanuet and lived in and around Nanuet for the better part of 30 years. As a child, I remember coming to the Nanuet McDonalds with great excitement. It’s just incredibly sad to see how pathetic it’s become over the last year or so. Old food, wrong orders, missed orders, snail-paced drive-thru, and equally slow service inside. If it was always like this, I know not to expect much — but how they allowed this establishment to become this much of a mismanaged disaster is beyond me. If McDonalds Corporate is wondering why their finances are in a downward spiral, apart from obvious health concerns, look no further — it’s places like Nanuet McDonalds. This review is not meant to be vengeful, but in hopes that real change will come from it.

It’s a McDonalds, so if you don’t know what to expect for taste, you should go back underneath your hole in the ground or back to North Korea. Service is okay but it gets really slow and frustrating at certain hours. I do not believe they have the sufficient amount of employees to help manage the customers. This is not a gig on the employees. I see them working when i placed my order. But what can you expect when such few employees are trying to deal with so much customers I’ve seen people wait 10 – 20 minutes for a simple order such as fries or McNuggets. You will not see more than 2 people at the cash register. Once you place your order, you are in a gaggle with other customers hoping your food comes out. Management needs to rethink how they serve the customers. Its obvious from the reactions from Unilocal and in the actual restaurant that something isn’t working right. Also, this problem didn’t exist before the renovation years ago. I felt it was more organized, more seating, and more efficient.

Never enough counter help, and what they have are more interested in conversation in some 3rd world country language with each other. This has to be the worst run McDonald’s outside the inner city. Today’s a special treat aside from complete lack of counter help, was that they were no napkins anywhere in the restaurant. I wonder if its national wipe your hands on your pants day? The place was a bit more cluttered and dirty then usual. Cabinet doors were open under the soda dispensers and the countertop hadn’t been wiped. Well I guess somebody’s got to be in last place.

Worst run McDonalds ever. There is always a line out the door due to the braindeads behind the counter. Avoid.

Went into this establishment to pick up an iced coffee. Decided it might be quicker to walk-in rather than sit at the drive-through. Pros: Both cash register ladies greeted customers with a smile Cons: — Upon walking into restaurant, a male employee was sweeping the floor into the direction of where customers are walking. — Both customers in front of me had their orders wrong. — It took me 15 minutes to pick up one iced coffee. — The temperature inside was far colder than it should be. However it is summer, but the employees were wearing jackets. The two children that were with their parents also appeared cold as they were rubbing their arms while waiting for their order. — I counted(7) employees behind the counter. I am suggesting that re-training is necessary. There really shouldn’t be an excuse as to why order are screwed up and I had to wait(15) minutes for a coffee.

This is one of those updated, fancy, modern-looking McDonald’s with wi-fi. Like most reviewers said, the service inside is pitiful and defeats the purpose of «fast food». Go through the drive thru instead, as that moves pretty quickly. Even if there’s a long line at the drive thru, chances are you’ll get your food faster than if you went inside. It’s almost as if this place intentionally places a higher priority on drive thru orders than regular orders. My other gripe with this place is that they didn’t offer the McRib this past season, as McDonald’s left it up to individual franchises whether or not to offer it. How do you NOT offer the McRib? I should give this place a one star review based on that alone. But alas, it’s really just a standard McDonald’s.

You’d think that coming in this late at night(after midnight) service would be somewhat quick. Nope. Every time I come here after hours I’m waiting a good 20⁄25 minutes for food. And I’d rather not come here, but when I’m out and on my way home, this is the only place open for food. Most of the time staff is friendly, the only reason this gets a star. Otherwise, order is always messed up, the line is incredibly long, and by the time I get my food I’m just annoyed that I don’t want it. The managers at this point should realize how busy it gets and have extra staff on, instead of cutting people for this shift.

I have been to this Mickey D’s a lot back when I use to work at the GameStop. I find they work best in the morning being way faster with the service and hot food. This location usually has consistent service. I would say the only thing that holds it at a four star for me would be the drive through line could be faster if the idiot who designed the layout wasn’t high the night he drew out the plans! You’ll realize what I’m talking about when there is a long line on the drive through and a full parking lot.

Con(s): We went here during«Monopoly at McDonald» season, which is where your food & drink comes with little monopoly tickets to win money. So we got our food, and there were no tickets. We asked about it, and they said that the event was over. The event wasn’t over. The cook or whoever had stolen the tickets. So we ate our food with a 0% chance of winning. Pro(s): While the staff was extremely annoying, the company was nice enough. We called them, they thanked us for the tip, and later on we got several coupons(for free food!) in the mail. So, presuming that we wouldn’t have one $ 1,000,000, we were paid back in free meals. This particular restaurant was bad, but the company was nice to us.
