My wife and I took our daughter to a trial class for the facility. We got to the facility early to sign and observe. I asked a woman if we had to sign a waiver for our daughter to participate in the activity. Her class wasn’t till 1015. We were treated so poorly and disrespected by an employee while another woman was in the office and didn’t even get up out of her chair to help diffuse the situation. If you want take your child to gymnastics go else where.

AWFULAWFUL! My daughter tried it out for the first time an was in tears. At the beginning of the session the coach asked my daughter«WHOAREYOUANDWHATARE U DOINGINTHISCLASS?» We managed to get her to give it a chance. As I observed, the coach ridiculed and laughed at the children who struggled with the exercises instead of helping them. At the end of the session the coach physically removed two girls for talking without even checking if anyone was there to pick up. In addition it was unsanitary. Someone had vomited two days earlier and it still smelled. PLEASEPLEASESTAYAWAY! The place should be closed. It is terrible for young children.

I booked my childrens birthday party at Rockland Gymnastics. I called about three days before to confim everything. There was a snow storm coming on Friday. I never heard from them about what the plan was if they closed. The party was on Saturday at 3pm. On Saturday morning, still not having heard from them. I went on their website it stated they would be closed Friday and Saturday. So obviously they updated it on Thursday. Not even knowing what the impending storm was going do. I sent an E-mail Saturday morning. Someone finally called me back at 2:50. The manager couldn’t have been any ruder! When I asked why I was not contacted, he said«I was not on the calendar». Which was not true, because I had spoke to someone on Wed. confirming the party. They had all my information. I said I was very upset and had to contact 40 people that morning. He then said, «well I have another job, and have been plowing all day, did I not realize we had a major storm». I then asked for the owner to contact me. I also sent another E-mail to the owner asking to be contacted. I never was. I was told I would get my deposit back. On Feb. 25th it was still not refunded. I called and the owner answered. I asked why she did not contact me, she said she was out of town. I asked why she couldn’t E-mail me. She explained she did not have internet access, which I find hard to believe. When I said how upset I was that the manager was so rude and that you the ower didn’t have the decency to contact me, her response was«sometimes that happens»!! I would not recommend this place at all. They obviously don’t care about people and especially not children!
