Do not patronize. After 35 years of insurance with nary a claim, this gentleman was instrumental in us having our home insurance cancelled. For no real reason he could cite. Very very strange. He was the last Napa Allstate agent of ours in a relatively short string of agents since the mid-seventies. We were never late with a payment, nor did we EVER file a claim. Our home was free of any dangerous or unstable«conditions.» For decades. Nothing left in disrepair whatsoever. We both were employed by a very successful private large national Corporation. Since retired. The home was new and custom built in 1977, the home and the landscape was very nice and typical of Napa’s slightly more upscale areas. Can’t help but think because we;re getting up in our years, and with health conditions, that he was trying to precipitate some sort of situation where we would have to sell our home, for some reason. Perhaps forced to sell our home to his friends? Not sure why he did what he did. So unusual a thing to have happen. Anyway, this created an opportunity for us to get better coverage for less at another large insurer. Hooray! You’ve been warned… true story
