Amy Koos, EFT

Amy, has so enhanced my life, with EFT and her vast knowledge of the human spirit and it’s desire to grow and to find balance with my every day life and personal challenges. We meet regularly and tap on a variety of subjects. I always feel up lifted and more a aware of my own choices.

I have scheduled EFT and Matrix Reimprinting Skype sessions with Amy for a number of months. Her breadth of knowledge and the depth of her insights – and her sensitivity and excellent skills with these techniques – have helped me make big changes in my life.
She has training in many schools of philosophy, healing, and spiritual learning. She also has a great sense of humor that can cut through all of that good stuff and just make you feel happy to be alive and receiving her help.
I have my own successful EFT and Matrix Reimprinting practice in Los Angeles and she’s one of my top go-​to people when I need help for myself. I know Amy is not a licensed mental health practitioner, but I swear that one 90-​minute session with her is more valuable than six months of therapy sessions. Highly recommend!
