Ann Taylor Loft

It was my moms birthday a week ago and she recieved a birthday coupon in the mail for $ 15. She purchased a shirt and unfortunately when she got home to try it on, it ran a little small for her. She took me there to return it and unfortunately we ran into a ridiculously rude lady in burgundy at the counter. My mom doesn’t understand English very well so when the young lady who was helping us explained that we didn’t get the coupon back, my mom didn’t understand. She politely joked around and said that she waited a year to get $ 15 off for her birthday! This other lady in burgundy interupts and tells my mom that she, «should have picked out something that she really liked.» I asked her to please not be rude about it and she looked at me like she had NO IDEA that she was being an asshole. Are you kidding me? She said that she wasn’t trying to be. And I told her that it came off that way and then she walked away… .
My mom spends a crap load of money at that stupid store and she always tells me that its her favorite store to go to when she goes shopping. If she wants to return something then she should be able to without any hassle or an effing a-​hole giving her a problem. I didn’t grab her name but she has dark brown hair and wore a burgundy top with a light grey scarf.
If she hadn’t told my mom that she should’ve picked out something she really liked, I never would’ve opened my mouth. Jerk.

I love Ann Taylor styles but I am not a big fan of the prices. The Ann Taylor Loft sometimes strikes a good balance between the prices of regular Ann Taylor while still remaining stylish. I have noticed that the quality has declined over the last few years and I attribute that to the recession.
The fit of the clothes is usually spot-​on which is very important considering I am both petite and quite curvy, both attributes alone being challenging to find clothes for.
