Yummy ice cream and an overall cute place to check out if you’re in Napa! The toffee ice cream is absolutely amazing and their sugar cones are delicious!

Giving 1 star after tonight’s total screw up. The young lady working tonight clearly didn’t want to be working today. Bored and not paying attention to the order we asked for. We ordered mint chocolate chip and she gave us something with cookie dough. Our son has a gluten allergy. We didn’t notice it until he had eaten a few bites. The owner will be getting a call from us tomorrow.

Ben&Jerry’s now has a clean, more upscale location. While they had an OK place in the Napa Town Center, it had the tendency to get dirty, crowded, with lackluster service. The Main Street location is in a perfect spot. There’s some outdoor seating; one can watch skateboarders, couples, the renovations on Vintner’s Collective. They have a great selection of flavors. While they have flavors inspired by late night comedians like Stephen Colbert&Jimmy Fallon, they also have the rainbow-splashed«I Dough! I Dough!» based on the legalization of same-sex marriage. They champion several causes; as early as the 1980s, they championed domestic partnerships: As a socially aware scoop shop, stye have signage about environmentalism, and you can easily compost your empty cup, spoon&napkins. Ben&Jerry’s pioneered the cookie dough ice cream, which is as flavorful as ever. Even their small ice cream cup holds A LOT. Friendly, helpful service with plenty of free samples. In the afternoons, they give out cookie&brownie samples(rather than waste them) On a hot afternoon, Ben&Jerry’s is a cool place to go!

The gentleman who helped us the last time we went in was super awesome. He opened up a new container and used a new scoop for me when he found out about a nut allergy. He went way above and beyond. It’s nice when someone provides excellent customer service. Thank you so much!!! and WECOMMENDYOU!!! !“ha

Nice outdoor seating with comfortable chairs. Good for watching people walk/drive by. The inside of the shop is really unique and interesting and the employees were friendly and quick to serve me and my friends. It’s located in a good part of Napa where there is a lot of parking nearby, that makes the trip a lot easier especially on hot days. Overall, a pretty solid Ben and Jerry’s location, my only gripe is I wish they had outdoor music but that’s my personal preference.

So I decided to get the burrito and it’s not like that picture they advertise inside. I like Ben and Jerry’s and all, but I’m just letting everyone know it’s not worth it. It’s raw waffle, and it says it’s suppose to be warm. I received two flat waffles smushed together, not like a wrap at all(which is what is advertised.)

Very friendly people behind the counter and ready to help. They were very patient with my kids wanting to try nearly every flavor and both said goodbye to us as we left even though there were other people in the shop. Flavor choices were great– they had my two favorites– Chocolate Therapy and Coconut Seven Layer Bar as well as the usual variety and a couple I hadn’t seen before. The menu was clear and easy to read. You saw the brownies as you first walk in and a huge drawing of the brownie sunday– as well as the shakes and smoothies. Cones and cups were all on display– everything made choosing and checking out super simple. It’s a Ben and Jerry’s so you know the basics of what to expect. This was, though, my favorite B&J I’ve been to. We left happy and the quality of the ice cream, room temperature, and customer service were all perfect. Despite the people behind the counter being young they seemed really happy to be working there and it showed.
