Sheri has pro-actively reached out to me and refunded my meal cost plus time and effort. I appreciate her follow through and being kind to me.

It was an easy location to pick up a quick bite and caffeinated beverage before we headed over to BottleRock. It wasn’t too crowded or busy and had some good gifts for sale.

This place has great breakfast! We started every day of our Napa trip here with breakfast and coffee. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. In fact I proposed to my new fiancé on Saturday night. The staff caught wind and on Sunday morning they prepared us a congratulatory gift bag with pastries and a teddy bear!!! Chris, Benjamin, and Daisy you guys are all rock stars in our eyes. Thank you for adding to our already amazing weekend.

Horrible customer service. The lady who you order from was wearing a blazer so I believe she must have been a little higher up then the others and had the WORST service. First she made a big deal about my sisters gluten allergy.(Celiac disease) she is severely allergic and she was not nice about it at all. Made us feel like an inconvenience. Then when I ordered I asked her what was in the croissant sandwich she rolled her eyes and handed me the menu. Then I asked what her favorite coffee drink there and she just said that’s the monthly specials ignoring my question.(Not a people person at all by the way). I ignored it paid and asked for a receipt and again rolled her eyes and called the next person before I finished putting my money in my wallet. Then waited for our food and when she called our food up I went up and grabbed my sisters and she looked at me and said she can get it and moved it out of my reach. That time she was just plain out rude! She knew we were together and was so rude about me helping my sister by getting it cause she was saving our table. By the way they took everyone’s food to their tables and she only made us come get ours. Also rude. I’m usually not one to complain but I don’t like that she made us feel uncomfortable where we paid a good amount of money to stay and eat at! So AMANDA is her name and she was not a good example of good customer service skills or a people person. NOT coming back for this service.

This is a nice addition to the Meritage Resort. Nice place to get some coffee and breakfast goodies. So much better than paying for overpriced room service. Got some coffee, oatmeal, bear claw and a cronut. Light breakfast before exploring Napa.

I’ve used their boxed sandwiches as an excellent food stock-up option for picnic lunch before departing for area wineries. A convenient option if you’re staying at the Meritage/Vino Bello.

I was at a conference at the Resort where this Café is located. On one of our lunch breaks, I walked to our lunch area and someone had forgotten I was vegan. An all meat and cheese lunch was served. Opps! Luckily, I am resourceful and seldomly expect people to remember all of my strange dietary choices. It is my choice anyway, so I try to solve it. I had 30 minutes and a growling stomach so I hurried to the concierge to find some quick food here. The gave me directions to the Blend. I walked in and looked at the menu. Meat, meat, meat. Darnit. The friendly barista greeted me just as I lost hope and I explained I am vegan, starving and have 5 more hours in a conference. She offered to make a salad for me and I agreed. I had little hope it was going to be awesome, but even lower standard because I was seriously hungry. She popped out 4 minutes later with a big to go box. I expected 3 scraps of iceberg and a cherry tomato. She opened the box and I was so happy. A mound of mixed greens, a generous portions of ripe, plump tomatos, carrots, grilled onions, sliced avocado made this box bursting full. I could have hugged her, I almost did. This place is 5 stars beause they are in an amazing resort, have amazing and resoucreful staff and can make a darn good vegan salad!

If you want a latte, this is your only chance within walking distance of the resort. Everything is priced because they know you’re stuck with them as the only choice. Bagel, $ 4? Sweet Jesus.

Sad to say after a great massage we came here to grab a quick bite and got ridiculously jerked around. Put in an order for 2 breakfast croissant sandwiches. Waited over 20 min… Was told they ran out of croissants when we checked on our order. Then was offered to take our order without the croissant or another type of bread.(they basically gave our order away) so we ordered another item… 2 minutes later they say unfortunately we are not serving breakfast anymore. Are you kidding? I’ve waited for my order and since you messed it up I have to deal with it? Horrible inconsistent service and once again so unorganized here at The Meritage. Its scary how the bad service you receive can change the fact that this place might have good food and a nice atmosphere. Wouldn’t come back without some sort of olive branch or remedy from them.

This is my first time and I wasn’t sure of what to get. I asked the barista who recommended the California Chicken Panini which was really good. The fries were probably the best I’ve ever had. The barista, Kiel, I think was his name, was really polite and had great suggestions.

Staff was super friendly, but omg. I got a yogurt parfait and holy oniony/garlicky/savory food infection. I don’t know if it’s from sitting next to the other savory stuff in the case, or if onion air was captured when it was packaged, but it REEKS of something neither yogurt nor parfait, but luckily only tastes faintly of it. I would recommend avoiding it.

I wasn’t really expecting much when I walked in as it looked like just a regular coffee spot but I ordered a breakfast burrito and was very pleasantly surprised. It was made well and to order, none of this microwave stuff. The only thing I wish is that I grabbed a little hot sauce since I like the tang.

Great little coffee shop at The Meritage Resort that had amazing breakfast! We ordered the Breakfast Burrito and the Breakfast Sandwich, both were HUGE! We could have easily shared, but the burrito is one of the best chorizo breakfast burritos I have ever had. Definitely a great place to check out!

The best part of waking up? A bright and smiling face to greet you as they take your order. The staff at Blend Café definitely know how to treat their grumpy, need-coffee-now customers. Even if you’re not a morning person(like I certainly am not), you’ll feel welcomed when you walk in. For being a «hotel» café, the food is decent! The breakfast sandwich is super tasty and is probably enough to share between two people. I was a little disappointed with the Spa Terra wrap, though. The ingredients all sounded delicious, but the result came out a bit too watery and soggy.

The team members here have a very sunny disposition and are very friendly when they interact with you. it didn’t feel like a hotel coffee shop. You were made to feel at home. They have specialty lattes that are really well made and flavorful. Try the Salted Caramel Latte… perfect when paired with a conference. I was a big fan but again it was due to the amazing staff members.

During my stay at the Meritage, I would wake up each morning and sneak over to the Blend Café and stock up on breakfast goodies to take back to the room. Not quite awake yet, we really only wanted coffee but we decided to give the pasteries a try, the yogurt parfait and the spa wrap. The Spa Wrap with the egg whites, avocado and cheese was probably my favorite of them all. I like that this is close and is easy to pick up smaller items instead of going to the breakfast buffet or ordering in room service. I also like that they have gelato, I had to try the cardamom which was great. Maybe next time.
