It is always a pleasure to have Cindy show up at our jobs that require lifts. She always asks about the lift before she arrives and uses google earth and other resources to accurately judge the best and safest way to complete the needed lift. Over the past 20+ years we have exclusively used CB Crane for our HVAC lifts.
On a few occasions we have had to use other local cranes and operators. While they have always been completed without any mishap, there isn’t any comparison to the service provided by Cindy. Her proffessional manner leaves us all feeling safe and confident that the job at hand will be completed efficiently, safely, and in a timely manner.

I Googled crane services in Napa, and thank goodness CB Crane was the first to pop up on my screen. Our company had to hoist several extremely heavy and very expensive insulated glass units into place on a project we are working on at a local winery. On fairly short notice, Cindy came out and performed a site assessment on the same day I called her. One week later, all units are in place, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Very reasonable rates, on time, courteous, precise and professional. I would readily recommend her service to anyone in need of a heavy pick.

We chose CB Crane LLC based upon Unilocal reviews. I hope you choose Cindy based upon ours. Her professionalism and precision is second to none. We had a pretty challenging job: Coordinate with installers to remove an 1100 lb built-​in refrigerator from our narrow back deck over our (VERY TALL) 2 story home, and hoist over the crated replacement. Cindy came out with her rig to do a site assessment before-​hand. The crane rig was so clean you could have eaten off it. That told me Cindy was fastidious about her equipment which would translate to her work. She worked closely with me on timing with delivery truck, set the rig up quick as lightning with proper weight distribution so no damage would occur to our concrete driveway. She read clearance and drop points with laser accuracy, and everything went as smooth as glass. While her services are priced fairly, as a Crane contractor she is priceless. Thanks so much, Cindy!

By far the best crane operator in the Valley is Cindy from CB Crane Service. She is always on time and arrives with a smile. She is efficient, professional and completes the job in a timely manner. SAFETY is always her main concern before, during and after the lift. Have questions about using the proper hand signals for communicating during a lift? Ask Cindy. She is always ready to help. in fact, learning these signals will help make the job environment safer for all those involved.

Cindy from CB Crane is the best Crane Operator by far compared to all of the others we have used. She is concerned about the safety of all parties involved from the bystanders who are trying to watch (she puts cones up and ropes off the area around the crane), the homeowners and our co-​workers. She even came to our company meeting to train our staff so that they know the hand signals for the lifts. She is always professional and able to accommodate our home owners schedules.
