I was so lucky to buy my father’s recliner from here! They had a very large selection of recliners and it took 3 deliveries before we found the best one for him. We were never charged for the subsequent deliveries or made to feel embarrassed to need more choices. I was very stressed having to move my father into assistive living and the owner of Furniture for Less really made my experience there easy.

Louie and his staff are absolutely the most most kind and helpful people when we go shopping for furniture at Furniture 4 Less. We have purchased from them for a long time and have never been disappointed. They have not only great living room furniture (we bought 2 couch sets and a coffee table) and kitchen furniture (we bought a rolling cutting board), and office furniture (we got an awesome oak desk), but they have really unusual stuff. Today I bought a gorgeous wooden horse head sculpture made from found pieces of hardwood trees. It is a one-​of-​a-​kind piece of art. Louie has a great sense of humor and is willing to make your visit worthwhile. I cannot say enough good things about not only his inventory, but the wonderful way in which you are treated the minute you walk through the door. If you need your purchases delivered, then the crew is not only prompt but extremely careful and capable of getting your new purchases into your home. Furniture 4 Less should always be your first stop when shopping for furniture in Napa Valley.

I love this place. It can be pricey, but the managers will work with you if you need to make payments or even bargain on a price. We got a brand new bedframe & an AMAZING used red leather couch. Super happy with both !

DON’T GO HERE. My girlfriend and I bought a new bed from here that they claimed to have in stock, but they delivered us a dusty, broken floor model. I called to say that this was not what we had bought, and they refused to take it back!
After days of arguing, they finally agreed to give us a refund and came to pick it up. When the delivery guy came to get it, Louis, the owner, was hiding in the truck. He walked up to my house and ACCUSED ME of breaking the bed! Later when I went to the store for them to process the refund, the woman at the register told me, «Louis says no refund.» It took another few days of wrangling to get our money back, and even then they wouldn’t give us all of it.
I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. Stay away! Busted furniture, terrible service.

My husband has been shopping here for years and Louis — the owner — is wonderful! My husband is a frugal shopper and has taken pictures in of pieces he wants. Louis looks it up — orders it — and his guys deliver it. Easy way to shop and good quality furniture. The more you buy — the more $$ you save with this store. I highly recommend them. Not fancy to look at but great deals! He’s been selling futniture for 30 years and gives excellent customer service!
