I went back to this spa with a friend for a reflexology massage. I experienced another snafu with scheduling but they smoothed it over by adding another half hour each to session.
This was my first reflexology massage so I didn’t know what to expect. Essentially, it was a clothes-​on full body massage with a focus on the hands & feet.
Because of the scheduling blunders I probably wouldn’t recommend this place to out-​of-​towners or people on a tight schedule. It’s a great place otherwise.

Best massage I’ve had since I worked at Ten Thousand Waves back in 2010. Inexpensive, close to home, serene, therapeutic and deep. Two hours and Two thumbs up for Jackie.

I have never had a massage before. I ended up tagging along with my mom and aunt while they came up for a show this Memorial Day weekend. When they left I was on my own, earlier in the day we had driven by this place and it looked nice. Since I was walking I had to make sure it wasn’t too far. I called before hand (since I did not have an appointment) and they were able to get me in 20 min from my call time. Once I got there Deen was wonderful from the beginning til the end. My back had been hurting a bit and so had my leg, she was able to relieve all the pain. After I was so relaxed and comfortable I did not want to leave. I’m glad I was able to come in and have a wonderful massage. After leaving I did not have cash but they were able to do cash back from my card, so I was able to leave a tip. Otherwise I would have come back later on in the evening or the next morning before I left back to SF. Would recommend people to come.

We didn’t have cash for tip, not that we wouldn’t tip if the message was good, but the rude women basically demands tip. Not only that but she followed us to the atm to make sure we gave her a tip. I would not recommend this place.

A no wait walk-​in on Saturday afternoon. I chose the $ 30 1hr reflexology. While feet soaking in medium-​hot water, a head and neck massage was performed. From there it was the feet massage. After that it was a brief back massage with strong pressure. I’ve been to a few places in Napa for foot massages and so far this is my favorite place. It’s a good value deal!

I went in because my back and shoulder were bothering me. I had knots that were hard as rocks. Deen was able to get rid of them and greatly reduced the amount of pain that I was in. I will be going back.

Amazing!!! Just what I needed! Its ridiculously reasonable. I got the one hour reflexology treatment. First time ever laying down on a comfy bed for reflexology. Started at my head massaging. Then worked down to my feet… Then I flipped over and got a back massage. Felt wonderful! All for an amazing $ 30… Recommend for sure! They stay open late and you can walk in! Done deal!

I am a smaller woman. Most people are afraid of giving me a deep tissue massage. Mary was an absolute find! After my treatment I swear I felt like a new person! I will be coming back here! Mary truly cares about her work and it shows! Thank you Mary for bringing me back to life! I will be requesting you again!

I’m in heaven and feel like a new person! Being a local I’ve been to many Reflexology massages within Napa and Sonoma counties and I think I just found my best massage yet to date! I booked the first appointment of the day at 0930am the night before and requested a male. I didn’t even have to ask for a lot of pressure, it’s like he just knew what I liked! I like pressure however if you don’t just mention it upfront for them to accommodate. The first place that uses hot stone massage on legs and feet, wow! I even experienced their dry sauna. Mary and LuLu were friendly and kind working the front desk. Everyone attentive. I’ll be back next week! Splendid experience.

I recently moved to Napa from SF and thought that I would be giving up on the fabulous reflexology spa I frequented in the city.
I happened to drive by this facility one day and thought I would try it out. I was overjoyed to find that they are even better than my old foot rub place! I have had 4 different masseurs and found my favorite one. All were excellent but he is terrific. I have plantar fasciitis and this does wonders for my feet.
I am on my 2nd package of 10 which gives me a free massage. Now my life in the Wine Country is complete!

I got the $ 29.99 herb foot reflexology. It was a great reflexology massage. I found the facility to be clean, and spacious. I especially liked the room in back with numerous massage beds; I can already foresee a girls spa day there. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Went in for a full body massage with my sister in law, we shared a couples room. I had a male therapist. Massage started okay with compressions. Which was good, pressure was okay. I asked for medium pressure, he was doing deep tissue.
All of a sudden I feel his knees on my shoulder, he was on the table, and I could feel his privates on the back of my head. It gets worse, he starts working on my lower back, and he straddles me and I feel his privates on my backside. Right there, I really just wanted to walk out. But it was my sister in laws first massage, and she was enjoying her massage. Didn’t want to ruin it for her. I’ve been a massage therapist for 10 years. I have never seen a therapist straddle a client like that. I would not go back, ever.
I don’t know who my therapist was but he looked like Jim Carey’s character on dumb and dumber., he was a young, thin asian… I’d rather pay extra somewhere else.
