Gregory Strebel, DO

Dr. Strebel is amazing at osteopathic medicine– he was one of my favorite trainers at medical school. Now that I’m back in Napa, I’ll definitely be going to him for regular tuneups. If you have headaches, back pain, musculoskeletal pain, even menstrual cramps, he can fix you!

FYI: Chiropractor is not the right category… Dr. Strebel is an osteopath who does hands-​on manipulations of the musculo-​skeletal system.
Okay, it isn’t going to feel like a massage… unless you like the kind of massage that hurts… sometimes…and other times it is extremely gentle.
I don’t know how to describe what Dr. Strebel does… he’s actually moving your bones around getting everything back to center. But not like crunch, crunch adjustments. Totally different. Holding things and allowing shifts to happen… and sometimes bending the bones back to where they should be. The first time was definitely the most awe-​inspiring. After the treatment I felt like a new person, (a new person who probably shouldn’t drive home just yet…) Subsequent sessions have been very helpful. Its that dirty window phenomenon. The first time you wash your windows so much more light comes in that you are amazed. The next time might not be as obvious because they weren’t as dirty to start with.
He has helped me and so many people I know. If you have pain, I highly recommend Dr. Strebel. He is worth every penny.
