Great installer with terrible follow-​through, unfortunately. Call back delay was unacceptable and never got quotes I requested.

Horrible customer service. No call back for 3 days after leaving 3 separate messages. This company (Norbert) is used as a contractor for Home Depot. Ridiculous price gouging on fees and services on easy standard installations. Wanted to charge twice as much as the door for installation because he had to take off decorative trim piece and put on a flat trim piece. When confronted on the price he would not budge and had a poor attitude. I cancelled the install and did it myself for $ 20 instead of the $ 193 he wanted. I called the Vacaville Home Depot who said that is the company they used until they had enough complaints to go with a different one. I wouldn’t give it the 1 star rating but at least one is required by website.
