The gentleman arrived on time and was very professional, but for what I was being charged; it end up making the service at a total package have a downward spiral. He cut my TV box without my permission, he took an EXTREMELY long time to mount the brackets, and he appeared as if he didn’t know what he was doing at times. I’ll take it in account to the fact that this was not the typical TV bracket, but I explained this to the gentleman on the phone when I was setting up the appointment. I even had to call the company and ask what the problem was, and why was it taking so long. The end results were nice but I wish I had gone with another company. Probably more experienced in this kind of work. This was probably a job for 2 people, b/c I was quoted 1– 1 ½ hrs, and he ended up taking 3. When a company charges an hourly rate… you would think that they know what they are doing.
