Stopped in with hopes of purchasing some morgan dollars after i inquired about them the sales man was very rude and asked me why i wanted them and told me morgans are a bad buy right now… he then pulled out a stack of cull morgans witch i was not interested in. I then asked if he had any raw BU morgans he said yes but i would have to pay «high retail» in very loud and rude manner. For what ever reason this gentleman was very upset with me. This is not how a business should treat potential customers i will never go back!!!

I’ve known Jason for many years. He has always been an awesome guy with a great heart. He is very straight forward and honest with his business. He is extremely knowledgeable and will take his time to explain everything in great detail for you so you leave knowing more than when you came in. He will not beat around the bush or feed you any lines to make a sale. Truly a man of integrity who wants his customers to be completely satisfied and taken care of.

I met Jason today and went in with some jewelry of my dad’s that had been sitting around. Jason was so thorough and explained everything quite well. I felt safe in the office. He has two double doors going into the area of business. I felt that he gave me an honest appraisal and I’m not an easy sell. I asked many questions regarding the profit he makes, gold prices, etc. I was debating on selling myself vs having him cash me out on the gold items. I felt very good going to him. And, I would certainly refer friends to him. It’s nice to know there is a local person to trust here in Napa. Thanks, Jason.

I feel that I was given a very honest appraisal on my jewelry. It was a pretty quick negotiation and I like the high security that the store provides for cash transactions. Jason is very nice and I will definitely go back. He told me this a brand new location but I had no idea.
