Last year I received a gift certificate for paris. As I got my first massage everything went fine. Not long after I wanted to schedule another appointment I started to have difficulty arranging an appointment with the staff. For almost three months I attempted to get a hold of the spa. Many phone calls and voice mails later I decided to go in personally. Nobody was even at the front desk or came up to assist me. One of the hair stylist came out a d had to go find the front desk woman. I explained my frustration about trying to get a hold of them. But all she did was give me the massage therapist’s personal number because she apparently couldn’t schedule it for me. I attempted to call the personal phone number and it wasn’t even a working line. For the third time I went in even more frustrated than before wanting my refund. I was denied with a very insincere apology. The staff is very unorganized and inconsistent. I will never be going here again.

I came here with a hair emergency! I had gotten my hair done a few days prior at different salon and it was awful. Michaela worked magic on my hair. I’m so in love with it. She does amazing work!!!

I love the ladies at Paris Day Spa!!! It is such a great place to go for facials, hair, nails and massage. Everybody is friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel special. Of course, they all are very talented in their individual fields so I always feel and look great when I walk out the door. I highly recommend this spa if you want to feel like a member of a lovely family.

Debbye is the greatest! Make sure and make your appointments when you leave because she is really booked up… months in advance! Never had a bad hair day after leaving! Phyliss keeps here schedule running smoothly and she always sends me a text before an appointment. That’s really nice because more than once I didn’t put the appointment into the all mighty iPhone.

The only reason I gave this business 1 star is because there wasn’t an option to give no stars. I came here to get a Brazilian wax by Hassina. She claims she has been conducting this service for 19 years. If this is true, I feel deeply sorry for the 19 years of clients she has inflicted excruciating pain on. Even if she does have 19 years experience, she obviously did not get the correct training because the pain that she caused me during and after the waxing was awful. I should have known something was not right when I walked into the room and there weren’t proper coverings on the chair. It was clearly something that wasn’t changed after each client and all that was laid over it was a small hand towel. Then during the waxing I witness her double dip several times. I had no idea«double dipping» wasn’t allowed until I spoke to several friends who said this is a big«no-no» in the industry. Not only this, but she didnt complete the wax by going far enough«down»(if you know what I mean). Also, when ripping off the paper, she continued to lose grip of it which resulted not only in pain, but for the hair to either break off or not come out at all; rather than to be pulled out all together. I bled; which is normal, but the redness and swelling lasted almost a week. And the worst part is I got an infection which also lasted nearly a week. My husband was horrified when he saw the results of my Brazilian and witnessed how much pain I suffered during our honeymoon. Lastly, she missed several spots; some of which I noticed during the procedure and pointed out to her and others which I noticed afterwards. I ended up having to shave the bikini area after all which completely negates the waxing! I beg you to not go here; or go at your own risk.

It’s a small place, but they are very warm & friendly on the phone and in person. I left with a smile and will definitely go back!
