Preferred Limousine

I booked a 6 hr Napa Winery Tour because we had a friend coming in from the East coast and wanted to treat her and my wife to a nice tasting tour. Ross was our driver and was outstanding. He helped me pick some winery’s that we would never have thought of and they were every bit better than I would have picked. I was quoted/​paid a price up front so there were no surprises or add-​ons.

I live in San Francisco, and due to my local dermatology offices inability to perform radiology treatments in their SF office, they arranged to provide transportation for 11 sessions to/​from SF-​Pleasanton (including a pre-​assessment interview). I have only one more treatment on ⁰⁴⁄₂₁ and I can’t tell you how impressed and pleased I have been with the level of courtesy, professionalism, friendliness and promptness exuded by this company and the 2 drivers (Enrique and Georgie) that have transported me over the last 5 weeks. What ordinarily should have been a very stressful and painful situation, was anything but with this company and these 2 gentleman. I can’t say enough good things about them and this company. If they were a few minutes late in arrival (which only happened once due to Bay Bridge traffic) they always kept me updated, and I still arrived to my appointment way ahead of schedule. Should I have to make plans to do go somewhere, this will be my first choice in transportation needs.

I booked preferred limo for a wine tour (I had already hand picked our stops) for four girls for a bachelorette weekend in Napa. Ross was our driver and he was great! It was raining so he got 4 umbrellas from our hotel to take with us for the day and made sure we never got wet! He even came into one of our wineries to bring us the umbrellas while we were tasting because the rain was really starting to come down while were in their.
The booking process was also very easy!

Used them for a full day (7 hours) of wine tastings. Driver was nice, but a little too obvious about it and the tip he wanted. The driver also was heavy on the breaks… Sent us all sliddimg a few times…
The car was old and had paint peeling off the car /​inside the lights and radio did not work. Basically we all felt like we were in the back of a taxi cab. When booking I asked if they were local and they said they were, come to find out they are not.
I will not use them again

We had a 6 hour reservation with Preferred Limousine this Saturday July 12^th and Alex was our driver. The service was excellent and was able to expertly accommodate our demanding schedule for the day (5 wineries and lunch). Alex really made the experience special and was able to improve our day by making recommendations that improved our situation for lunch significantly and fit us in a quick stop at the end of our day. Could not recommend more and will be using this service again in the future. Special thanks to Alex for all his insight and knowledge that he shared throughout the day.

As Napa newbies, we relied on our driver Enrique to tell us the right places to go and we are thankful for him. He took us to a big winery, as well as a few small ones. He also took us on a tour of napa and was able to answer any questions we had. We highly recommend Enrique!

I received a price quote on Friday and called today to make reservations. Now, before you ask why I didn’t make it on Friday — I was comparison shopping. Agent today refused to honor quote and wanted to charge more. #nottoday

6 friends plus myself booked a wine tour last friday and could not have been more pleased with Preferred Limousine. The driver showed up right on time despite being given the wrong address. Not only was he a really nice guy, he was VERY knowledgeable about the wineries. We went in with no set plan and our driver made sure we had a good time and planned out a good tour for us. We were able to hit up about 5 wineries drinking between wineries wine en route from place to place, ending a great drunken day being dropped off for dinner. Will def do this again and will def use Preferred Limousine.

After extensive research for a limo service, we chose Preferred Limo and they did not disappoint. We chose them because of their excellent reviews and they had the lowest price of the six quotes we received. The company was very easy to work with and our driver Kevin was excellent. Our group was from the area so we had an idea of what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go. Kevin did not try to dissuade us from any of the vineyards on out list; however, he made several suggestions that turned out to be excellent. If you’re looking for a great company and driver in Napa, give Preferred Limo a call and ask for Kevin.

My wife and I plus another couple used Preferred last Friday to get us to several Napa wineries. Ross, our driver, was all that we could have hoped for. He called me a couple days before our trip to touch base and confirm our schedule. Ross was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable about Napa valley and just an all-​around good guy.
Car was nice, clean and the included bubbly and water bottles were a nice touch.

Last weekend was our second time with Preferred Limo. Our driver, Alex was very easy going and truly provided us with a unique experience. Alex took us to wineries that were not our normal stops. This proved to be the best part of our trip and we joined a new wine club because of Alex taking us to a fabulous tucked away winery! We will call on Preferred Limo each and every time we are in Napa!

Had a wonderful day in Napa thanks to Preferred Limousine! Our group originally planned to drive up to Napa ourselves (we were staying in Oakland for work), and decided to book a car & driver 2 days before the trip. The booking process was very efficient– I was sent a quote for a 6 hour trip quickly, called with a few questions and to get a quote on an 8 hour reservation, and the 2 reps I spoke with were pleasant and helpful. I received the new quote via email within minutes.
Our driver, Alex was professional and knowledgeable and made our day in Napa stress free and memorable. None of us in the group had visited the area before and only had a short list of recommended wineries from co-​workers. It turned out that these were all popular locations, which also made them crowded. Alex was able to recommend smaller, quieter wineries– all with very impressive wine. He even called ahead to let them know we were on our way.
After our first wine tasting we stopped to pick up lunch and arrived at our next destination to be greeted and shown to a table in the garden, already set for the 4 of us to enjoy our lunch and next wine tasting. Impressive!
Alex was great about taking our group’s pics throughout the day at each location. He also accommodated our request to take a detour through San Fran to stop at the Golden Gate bridge on our way to Napa.
Overall we had a wonderful day in Napa thanks to Alex’s expertise! I highly recommend Preferred Limo if you are planning a trip to Napa.

The gentlemen they ended up sending to pick us up decided that he did not think he could get to one of our wineries which we had previously shared as part of our itinerary with Preferred, furthermore instead of offering solutions was rude and unapologetic… We have been to this winery half a dozen times in limousines before and were simply speechless as we booked both the car and the winery weeks before and already paid for the tasting.
Preferred Limo when we told them the financial responsibility we had at the winery refused to compensate any of our limo service for the day to offset the cost, and blamed it on the driver… Who they contracted.
Truly recommend using another company like wine country tours or ask a winery for a suggestion, apparently this company or our driver has a bad reputation at a couple if the wineries.

I highly recommend this company! The reservation process was pretty seamless, only issue is I wish I could have inputed my credit card information online rather than call. On the day of, our driver Alex was early to arrive and super friendly. I will use them again when I go back!

Excellent customer service from Preferred Limousine from start to finish. Alex and I exchanged a few emails before I called to book our reservations. He was very prompt and thorough with answering all my questions. I also used a Unilocal Deal.
Our driver AJ picked us up on time. I already had an itinerary, so I just had to tell him where we needed to go and off we went.

The limo was stocked with bottled waters, liquor and sparkling wine. He would refill the bottled waters in the ice bucket/​cooler as needed. That was pretty awesome to have cold waters waiting for us when we got back in the limo, especially since it was a very hot day in Napa. We were able to plug in our iPhone 4 to play music. The limo itself was nice. It was black and fit 10 people. We had such a great time!
We normally tip 20%, so it would have been nice to hand the driver a cash tip rather than having it be included in the entire bill. Other than that, it was great.

Limo was in great condition and spacious. The limo was stocked with sodas, water, champagne and vodka. We were pleasantly surprised by this.
Our limo driver was very sweet. He wasn’t as familiar with Napa as we would have liked, but he made sure we got where we needed to be on time. He also dealt with six intoxicated ladies at one point, so kudos to our driver!

Our driver Grigoriy was fanastic. He was timely, polite, and kept offering to take photos of our group, a bachelorette party of 6. When it seemed like we were running behind on appointments, he would subtly drop by and mention the time.
This was a luxury excursion, but I felt that it was a great value. It was one of the most relaxing Napa trips I have ever had. We were able to drink in the limo, so the commute was just as much fun as the winery visits. We were able to visit three wineries and have a picnic lunch in the 6 hour trip. We were picked up and dropped off in Berkeley. We did run over by a few hours, but that was mostly traffic related.
About $ 450 for 6 hours/​6 people. $ 600 for 8 hours/​6 people. We ran over by a few hours due to heavy traffic, but they only charged us for another hour ($ 90). Much appreciated. We also left some things in the limo and were able to connect with the driver and retrieve them. Very thankful for the good service.
One recommendation: don’t drink the liquor provided in the limo. It’s pretty inexpensive stuff, and inevitably someone in your group will overdo it. Maybe a few of them.

The appointment person responded to my inquiry quickly. They communicated by email & by phone.
Con — They required a 20% tip prepaid. Our driver was only adequate:(He only drove us from destination to destination without giving us advice. For example:
What wineries have good picnic areas? «Don’t know.»
What winery has good white wine? «Don’t know.»
Our driver was very quiet and not interactive with my birthday group. Normally, that would have been okay, but we were celebrating! When I contrast him with my friend’s birthday limo driver, the other guy gave us advice, exuded warmth, and was fun!
The other limo service, the driver even gave us advice on how to slide & exit properly to avoid a Britney Spears fiasco!
Unfortunately, this company hires drivers who don’t know the Napa area. Nor was the driver exuberant, which is important because wine tasting with friends is a special day!

We reserved a ten person limo for wine tasting in napa valley yesterday for six of us (3 couples) and had an amazing time!!! AJ our driver was more than accommodating to go to all the wineries on our list and even suggest some great small wineries which we loved! I will use preferred limo any and every time I’m back in napa. Get a driver don’t drink and drive! Very affordable price too!

I’d definitely recommend preferred limo! We booked with Preferred for a 6 hour Napa Valley wine tour. I’ll admit, I’ve never been on a limousine wine tour but Preferred Limo came at a great affordable price and everyone had a lot of fun.
Our driver AJ showed up on time and went over the itinerary for the day and gave us recommendations and tried to incorporate what we were looking for out of our day. We were able to go to 3 wineries, AJ even took us to a beautiful picnic area in a gazebo on a lake for our picnic lunch we had packed beforehand.
Overall, everyone had a great time and we had AJ to thank at the end of the day!
