Extremely slow service and the employee(yes, one) had a very bad attitude with all of the customers. This is a reoccurring thing and the only reason I come back is because it’s the closest place to my work.

Just stopped in to grab sandwiches for my family. We walked in and the employee was sitting eating at the tables(no problem there was no one in there) but when he went to make our sandwich he he did not wash his hands I had to ask him to do so, he was SOEXTREMELYRUDE, he asked the same questions over and over again after answering each time and it took 20min to make 4 Sandwiches, bathrooms were gross and had soap all over the floors glad I don’t live near here because I won’t be going back again

I stopped by here since it was the only place close by that had soup. Which of course they were out of. So I went for a sandwich, obviously. The man was either def or just rude because I had to repeat almost everything I asked for on my order. And of course he stops about 5 times throughout the line because he did not stock up on any of the ingredients. Then when I sat down to eat, EVERY table was dirty. I’d like to say maybe this man was overworked, but there’s only one couple here… and he just disappeared to the back. Also, I think he is so lazy because the soap dispenser is empty, but he has a giant bag of soap flopped on the counter, the paper towel roll not on the machine, and toilet paper thrown on the toilet. Good thing I won’t come back here!

Came here around 10:30am, the dining room and bathrooms were clean. From the outside it looks nice but the quality of food is not good. For breakfast, I got the egg whites and cheese sandwich toasted, the cheese didn’t melt and egg whites tasted gross. I wanted to add avocado and they had the container covered with a napkin, ew, you can see stains of old avocado on it. I mean it’s early in the day, can’t they just open from a new box like I’ve seen other places and have the plastic seal. Plus it had some red pieces in it, I like the original recipe with just plain guac. Breakfast sandwich was NOT worth $ 5!

Where to start. Firstly, Subway restaurants in general are gross. BUT they are convenient and offer a taste other than burgers & fries, so I’ve always been able to suck it up and deal with Subway when needed. My office is in the same complex as them, but I only give them business once a month at most(Horrible service, tasteless food) Anyway, you don’t come to Subway for a Genova’s sandwich. THISISMYCOMPLAINT: THEREARENOWASTE-BINSOUTSIDE. Every ounce of trash brought outside and eaten outside, is left outside to blow into my business. Every day(EVERYSINGLEDAY) we are outside picking up SUBWAY’S TRASH. This is after messages to management and even the landlord of the property. PLEASESUBWAY, JUSTPUT A PLASTICBINOUTSIDEFORTRASHRATHERTHANACCEPTINGTHATPEOPLEWILLTOSSITINTHEBUSHES Overall this is a really poorly run Subway anyway, everyone knows it. Cheers! :) UPDATE9÷5÷14: — Still no trash bin outside, still picking up their garbage. I also cant believe they haven’t made an effort to rectify these ultra-negative reviews?! the hell? Also noticed they don’t have any information regarding the business, here on Unilocal,which would lead one to assume they don’t give a crap about customer complaints. They are next door to me, and I haven’t spent $ 5 there in a year. Really a shame that we couldn’t get a decent deli in the south-napa commercial complexes ‘cuz I LOVESANDWICHES… just not from Subway anymore :)

I remembered i went here for lunch with couple of friends and i was waiting for this subway to open up. As we get our lunch here, i drank some Dr. Pepper and it tasted old and was flat, no taste at all. Then, my friend said soda here sucks and that Dr. Pepper is so flat like asian booty. My other friend went to get a cup of water and the manager said please, asking my friend to say please at a restaurant. he just asking for a cup for water. Manager is a jerk. this is a restaurant your suppose to obey the customer even though he didnt say please. We left and then my friend gave the manager a note talking about his experience at this subway and how the Dr. Pepper is flat, and how he is a jerk. When my friend gave his note to the manager, the manager just took it, didnt like read it or cared about it. Im not coming to this subway again due to its customer service.

Subway advertised on an email they sent me that the 6″ sandwiches are two for $ 5.00 after 4 p.m. except on Sunday. I went there and Saul said he makes up his own rules and he says it is «after 5 p.m.» I did not know that you do not have to follow Subway Headquarter’s rules. He is very incompetent and unprofessional.

All time worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. What to expect on a consistent basis from my personal past three experiences,(and no, I will never, ever go back despite complaining to manager last time after turning around and walking out as worker was in middle of making sandwich, only to meet him outside. He then had me turn around to go back in with him, got after them, apologized to me and comped my meal after he finished making it himself. Ended up throwing sandwich away without so much as taking a bite, can you blame me? Nice gesture, I appreciate it, but nothing will get me back to be treated so rudely by his deplorable staff), rudely ignoring your presence as you stand at counter ready to order while you’re the sole customer, workers coughing without covering their mouths while making your sandwich, workers rudely indulging in their own private conversations with coworkers as you stand there in front of them waiting for them to continue making your sandwich, zero customer service skills whatsoever. I work nearby and have shared my experiences with my coworkers which have all been met with resounding agreement. Stay away from this place!!!

Where to start? I have had poor experiences with this particular Subway multiple times. I continued to give them opportunities to redeem themselves due to the convenient location. Employees are slow, childish and do not take their job seriously. My sub is always cold because it always takes them so long to get things together after my sandwich is toasted. They don’t pay attention to what they are doing, constantly messing up and asking me to repeat what I wanted every five seconds. On my most recent visit, after I’m already irritated because of how long it has taken, my sandwich was mistakenly handed to the gentleman in front of me that just had walked out of the door. The girl at the register tells me then stares for a few seconds expecting me to go chase him down. Which I eventually ended up doing because I couldn’t possibly waste anymore of my lunch break for another sub to me made. Save your money and avoid getting a cold, dry and tasteless sub from this place!

I walk into Subway with a fellow coworker and proceed to the counter where we are greeted by two employees who greeted us with their EYES and continued with their insignificant conversation. No polite greeting. While we continue to stand and wait for even the smallest of greetings these ladies continued to replenish the produce and their not so private conversation. Finally one of the ladies finishes her small side work and meaningless conversation with ‘Haley’ to ask me with a bit of annoyance, «what do you want?» Thank goodness I was in a GREAT mood otherwise I would of replied with a harsh comeback. Brushing off her poor customer service skills I proceeded with my sandwich order. Meanwhile, my coworker continued to stand there while ‘Haley’ continued to ignore her and proceed unwrapping packaged meats. Finally she addressed my coworker when SHE is ready to take HER sandwich order. Excuse me?! After all of this both ladies continued to act like we were a HUGE inconvenience and continued with their conversation regardless if we were present or not. We both had to fight for their attention in order to request what toppings we would like on our sandwiches. I will never step into this subway again. None of these employees know anything about customer service and I would highly suggest they find other careers that don’t emphasize CUSTOMERSERVICE.

Place is small and Saul is rude. Coupons was sent to our human resources department for a free 6″ sub with purchase of a drink. Myself and my friend ordered the meatball sandwich and went to pay and he said we could only use 1 even though the coupon didn’t say that. He was also rude about it. I told him forget the sandwich and he said fine then. For a new place that sent out coupons attracting new business with local companies this sure was a bad impression. My staff and I will just use some of the other 4 subway’s in the area. Saul sucks

I’ve been back and this time the manager was running the register. I handed him a $ 20 and was issued a receipt for my exact order(hot pastrami, chips, and no drink). I got the correct change back, but looking at my receipt he swiped someones unregistered«SubCard», leaving a balance of $ 15.17 on that card. So what did he do? Pocket my money and swipe someone’s lost card? Seems sleazy! I can see how Subway makes money. I spend $ 10 on food and I’m still hungry afterwords. The bread is so fluffy and airy — lacking density. They are chintzy with meat and especially cheese(two slices of cheese cut diagonally, really?!). You get more food for your money at many Chinese or Mexican joints. In fact, there’s a taco truck right down the street(on Kaiser Rd) during lunch hours that I will be going back to now.
