If no stars were an option that is what this location deserves. After being brushed off by one employee and then dealing with the rudeness of another employee we chose to take our business elsewhere.
We started at the paint section and he was clearly not experienced with how to mix paint. (He was polite and was trying– and I don’t fault him for needing more time to learn). What floored me was watching him ask two different coworkers for help and how they treated him. Needless to say he didn’t get the help he needed. At this point we have been here 30 minutes waiting. Asked for the store manager Candi who I was not impressed with. Told her the situation and then I am told that the paint we chose can’t be matched to the color we wanted.
Just Sent the pics to a friend who is a painter and he said they should have no trouble. So apparently they just don’t know what they are doing.
Needless to say we took our business to another store and will NEVER be returning to this Home Depot again!!! If you are need of frustration and your time being wasted this is a great store to shop at.

If there was a rating lower than a snake’s belly i’d give it. This store can’t pour urine out of a boot with the directions on the bottom. I’ve been completely screwed and ignored on numerous expensive items and told by the management «We’ll handle it personally». Your word is your honor and this place has none. The best part of the store is «Self Check-​out». Most competent too. I’d rather order on-​line than walk in there. And another thing, could you PLEASE tell morons to leave their Pit Bulls off lease out of the store. This place is a YouTube misadventure waiting too happen. Fire the management ASAP.

Has something changed with the management of this store in the past 2 – 3 years??? I’m taking my business to OSH or the Fairfield Home Depot (much better trained, polite staff). My most recent experience on a $ 1,200 purchase was tragically comical.
The cashier said I qualified for a Home Depot credit card and that I would get $ 25 off and no payments for 24 months on my purchase. I said, ‘why not’ went through the approval process, took a hit to my Credit Score when they pinged it for approval… However, once it came time to pay, the cashier said «oops» this purchase isn’t eligible for 24 months no interest, my bad.
When she told me it was too late to stop the sign up process, I asked to speak to a manager who was of absolutely NO help, and pretty much told me I needed to just cancel the card on my own if I wasn’t going to use it. The very next day, I spent another $ 1,000+ and the SAME clueless manager tried to get me to sign up for a card again!!!
Another gripe is the constant pestering from the pushy solar panel sales people. They follow you around the store, use the same «pick up lines» and can get extremely rude, very fast.
What the hell are you doing Napa Home Depot???

Please stop hiring tweakers and please train your new employees!
What is the point of me receiving coupons in the mail from my account then the cashier has no idea how to apply it?
Makes no sense… More and more of a reason why I come here less and less and am willing to pay more at a supply house.

Nine phone calls trying to finalize my window order! Total joke! Cannot reach millwork department. I’m going somewhere where my business is appreciated!

Seriously the worst service ever. I needed a few blinds cut and couldn’t seem to get any help at all. All of the employees kept avoiding me, walking away even after asking for help multiple times. They all seemed very unmotivated and unwilling to help. When asking if they could order the blinds for me they said they didn’t know how… What a waste of time.

What is going on with this place that used to be helpful, friendly, and honest.
It started when I bought a big tuff shed. It was to be painted and delivered. I paid to have them to paint it and had my paint mixed at Home Depot as well so it would match my house. They had mixed with a can I had mixed 2 weeks earlier for a repair which was a perfect match). When the shed was finished, it was a light yellow. I went down and asked them to replace the paint and the cost to have it re– painted. Manager with a big smile is all I can do is give you 25.00 towards new paint. I looked at him and smiled and said your mistakes shouldn’t cost me s dime. Finally he agreed to give me 6 gallons free. I bought 12 gallons more to repaint my house. Then he tried to over charge me for the 12 (I guess to makeup for his mistake). He had a nice girl ring me up. She knew he overcharged me and was that he was being rude. She said thank you so much for not cursing and yelling, you have been so patient. Then rang me up. I looked at the receipt and there was a 50% discount. I looked at her and just smiled and said Ty.

Was greeted with a friendly face and greeting when I entered the store. The lady at the paint section was nice enough to ask if I needed help and as very helpful and helped answer all my questions.

I saw many negative reviews of this store so I had expected the worst. However every time I have asked for directions to specific products, they have consistently pointed me right where I needed to go! Has most of the raw materials needed for various projects out in my shop. The only thing I wasn’t able to find was refractory materials. The employees are few and far between at times, but just ask NICELY and they will tell.
Pros: Good selection of materials, employees know where everything is, helpful assistants.
Cons: No refractory materials, few employees for so many customers.

Christmas tree review. Two of the customer service people were great, good attitudes, helpful and positive. Then there was Mohammad lazy, rude, unlike the others. The two nice guys did a really great job putting customer’s tree in stand. Tree stood up straight. Men clipped bottom of tree neatly. Customer 2 Mohammad lazy placed tree crooked In stand. Customers spoke up Mohammad said its not the employees job to put the tree in the stand. That is the problem offer consistent service. Took a fun experience into a complaint.

What a worthless store… after being evacuated for 8 days due to the valley fire our power was out and all the food rooted in our fridge and freezer. We came to the store on a Friday and purchased a new fridge and freezer. We were expecting the new units on Saturday but they never came. We called the store to find out what the problem was and they said no one told the delivery to bring the units. So they said they would bring them Monday. I get a call Monday from the delivery to schedule a delivery for Tuesday.
Dealing with this store had been a nightmare… We were planning on doing our roof and floors with products home depot but after this ordeal I will not ever make a large purchase from this store again. Save yourself some time and disappointment and just avoid this store.
Update:
Tuesday is here and the only thing they delivered was my fridge, the freezer was not brought to my home. Right now I have no idea where it is and I am pissed.
F*** this store. Horrible horrible horrible place.

After speaking with home depot again we decided to just cancel the whole order. After being without a fridge and freezer for weeks we have wasted another week dealing with this store. We have given up, We are currently live out of a little 4sqft mini fridge till we can find a company who will follow through with what is promised. My next step, corporate office. Maybe somebody there can get on the napa store and prevent this from happening to anyone else.
Update:
Went in to home depot to get my refund and surprise surprise another nightmare. Waited over an hour for them to try and figure out how to refund My money to find out their system can’t process the refund because it said the units were out and not in the store and they would send a check. Utter BS over and over again with this store. I’m pretty calm person but I blew my top after hearing this and had to make a scene demanding my money back before I got my refund.
How this place is still in business it’s beyond me. Corporate should just shut this store down and save their reputation because this store is ruining it.

Who doesn’t like Home Depot. Easy to get to, well when I’m at work. At home it’s OSH. Cheap prices. Okay staff. sometimes gotta hunt someone down, but usually turn around and ask a stranger #makeafriend

Home Depot Sucks ! But this one sucks more ! Drove a long distance for some siding when was told it was in stock and even online showed in stock just to get here and no one can find it !

This place is just awful. The employees actively ignore you, you have to wait around endlessly, there seems to be no one working or no one willing to help you, there are constantly lines for no reason, when I called I sat on hold for 15 minutes for no reason. I did a flooring project here and greatly regret it. The experience has been beyond frustrating. I’ll never use Home Depot again, I’ll drive to Ace or OSH so that I’m not ignored, made to wait and be given useless answers. If you have a big project in Napa, spare yourself the headache and just drive to Lowes.

I am very happy of the service I got at home depot. Extra credit for «Bridget» she was truly nice to me and my kids! She seems like she really loves her job. Only thing is that Home Depot in general needs to send good deal coupons like other places. Otherwise excellent service from bridget and to the gal that helped me get the products I needed to clean my bathtub.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I waited for 30 minutes to get help with a paint match and I even knew what color I needed from the BEHR paint match application on my iPhone. This place is terrible! I’m going to Lowe’s from now on!

I did write a long review but deleted it cause I could sum it all up to 100% Pure Racist. Confirmed by younger employees right outside the exit. Miserable bunch of ignorant insecure scary old white men and women.

Worst customer service EVER from DANETTE! Take your money to Lowes!
We went to rent a truck for the day to move a washer a dryer. When we called the night before we were told that they didn’t take reservations for any of the trucks but we could have them hold one for 15 minutes if we called the day of. Flatbed trucks are $ 20 for 75 minutes and box trucks $ 100 for the same time.
The next morning we called and were told that there was a truck available. We got in the car and drove over (7 minutes away with traffic) only to be told that it was gone and every other truck in the lot had been reserved. Reserved? Uh what? Danette at the service desk seemed bored with us and annoyed that we were adamant about getting a truck.
We left a number with her to call as soon as the first truck got back, at that point we didn’t care if it was the flatbed or box truck. We walked around the shopping center for 2 hours and never got a call so we walked back only to see someone driving off in the truck she PROMISED she would let us know about. We were next in line for that truck and there was someone else driving off in it. It’s first come first serve and we were there first!
When we asked her about the truck she didn’t look up and said «you haven’t been here for 2 hours.» Uhhh check your watch lady, we got here at 10:30 and now it’s 12:45 and we are STILL waiting. She completely ignored the fact that she never called us, which I was actually very disappointed about. I would’ve gone somewhere else if I’d known how blasé their customer service was about helping people. She has a serious disregard for anyone else and clearly was just waiting out her shift. She blatantly disrespected us and brought down Home Depot’s credibility in its entirety.
After all of that, she made us pay $ 150 for the deposit and $ 100 because she gave away the truck she promised to us. Excuse me? $ 250 instead of $ 20? Who are you people and what have you done with your humanity?! I don’t normally lose my head in public but I so badly wanted to yell at her for being a disrespectful, phony corporate snob with no sense of value or morals. I wouldn’t return here if I didn’t absolutely have to, thanks to her.
This Home Depot will no longer receive my business, their customer service team is RUDE and SHADY and above all else, FALSE. I will happily encourage every other customer to take their business somewhere where customers are valued and respected. Believe me when I tell you that I’ve seen better service at lemonade stand.
