So far I really enjoy banking with Travis. I’ve been to two locations so far and the staff is always so friendly and knowledgable. Girlie at this location (Napa, CA) is AMAZING. She’s fast, friendly, and helped me out SO MUCH. I would recommend banking with them 100% if you are in Napa area.

Sometimes I need to get my rent check done during lunch, and I love coming here because they never have a wait! And if there IS a waiting, there’s usually just one person ahead of me, which is awesome because who wants to spend there 30 minute break waiting in line somewhere? Just wished this branch had a drive-thru ATM!

I have been with this bank a long time and I have to say over the course of the last six months it takes at least 10 minutes to get someone on the line and take your chances with logging in or using call 24 banking, 25% of the time the system is down. Saturday I could not access my account, 30 minutes I waited on hold. Now today I just called and it says my call cannot go through? Tried from my office phone too, weird so not only can I not log in but now I cannot get anyone on the phone? Surely I do not have to take my lunch and drive to my bank to get assistance, in this technological world. So frustrated right now.
