Really long lines. MAKE SURE you schedule an appointment or you will be waiting for quite some time… Unless you have time to kill. There were 3 barbers working when I went and they were pretty meticulous. They give great haircuts. The long wait is the drawback. Oh yeah… Bring cash!

Always on point with the cuts and the prices. Can’t complain about the hospitality either always friendly and welcoming at this shop. Professional all the way around. That’s why I give it 5 stars anyone can cut hair but it’s about the relationship you have with your clients that keep you coming back and that’s why since I moved to Napa 3 years ago I still come here. Check them out.

Best barbershop in Napa hands down. Ask for Vada and he’ll hook you up with a nice haircut. I recommended setting up an appointment!

The only reason im giving them 2 stars is becuz vada is a great barber but DO NOT LET the other guy cut your hair unless you want a fucked up line !!! I told him what i wanted and he did the worst possible job !!! Only let vada cut yr hair there

Why have appointment times if im not getting my cut anytime around my appointment time… there should be a first come, first serve process to stop any kind of confusion. Everytime I go there, the barbers friends or family goes in front of everyone. I understand it gets busy at a barber shop but to be waiting more than an hour is not normal at any other barbershop. i went to vallejo to get a cut with the same amount of people and was in and out in an hour.

My husband has finally found a great barber in Napa. Vada at Urban Cuts did a great job and hooked up his mustache. We moved to Napa last July and were driving to Sacramento every two weeks for his cut… Vada has a new customer.

Moved to Napa 3 weeks ago and was wondering if I would find a Barbershop like what I have in San Francisco. I went to this other shop in Downtown, Korean lady messed up my fade and then slap the shit out of me (after shave) after she was done. I almost flashed on her. Came to this is shop and and Leo Vee hooked it up. 3rd person to get my front line right for his first time. Took his time with my fade. Don’t be surprised when all the Samoan Uso’s come up in the shop and get that URBAN CUT in Napa. Lol!

I will always come here by far the best shop in town, yes it may be small but the quality you can’t compare. Cuts are guaranteed to be clean u will not be disappointed. I will keep coming here for many years to come.

The guy knows how to cut hair, but the customer service sucks. He is loud, takes smoking breaks in the middle of your hair cut, leaves you waiting in the chair for 15 min
