Wendy’s

I pulled in line at approximately 7:30pm, 21 minutes later I arrived at the window! It;s not as if there were lots of people or cars, waiting in line!!! My order was very simple, A LARGE chili and an order of the «Ghost Fries» which they are promoting, and an Jr. Cheeseburger! Not A complicated order, When I finally arrived at the window their were 3 males at the window and joking about and arguing about soccer. The one closest to me read back the order and said a SMALL chili and a ghost fries and a jr. burger? I said NO, A large chili hot sauce and a Jr. Cheeseburger!!! He supposedly looked and checked the order and said, «yeah, it’s right! I said really, I hope so or I will be back! I got home and it wasn’t A correct order!
So Disappointing! Obviously corporate doesn’t «Give A shit «if the the orders are right or not by researching this site!!! It’s what’s wrong with corporate America today and sadly their is NO one who cares! Or is it just the NAPA Wendy’s store that has such A BAD management that nobody gives A DAMN!
It would be nice to hear from someone from this corporate monster but I am not holding my breath? From the looks of the prior posts nobody cares! So their time in the food industry is limited!

I hadn’t been to Wendy’s in years, maybe ten, and given the negative reviews the Napa location has received, I wasn’t feeling compelled to visit prior to my impromptu lunch today.
It was a stormy day in Napa, kind of unusual, the rain was really coming down in buckets! After a quick trip to the Lucky’s grocery store in the adjacent parking lot, I wasn’t feeling overly excited to get out of the car again for a quick lunch anywhere. I was already adequately drenched. I pulled up to the drive through, two cars were ahead of me. They moved quickly and my order was taken without any difficulty. I pulled up to the window and my order was handed to me. The staff was efficient and friendly.
Upon arriving at home and checking my order I discovered it to be complete, hot and fresh.

Late lunch, so it was about time to grab something within my area. I can say it was a great decision to come in and grab a bite at this Wendy’s location. Now I’ve been to many Wendy’s before, this one however stands out a bit more than your average Wendy’s. It’s newly remodeled, (from the looks of things) great décor and even has those new fancy soda machines (Coca-​Cola Fountain) that allow you to make your own drink flavor.
So I ordered and was helped by a friendly cashier, she was nice and placed my order correctly without asking the same questions over and over. I then began to grab my condiments and my food was already ready just as I had found a seat, AWESOME! Very fast.
I then received my food, it was not only accurate but the food was fresh and tasty! Definitely an awesome meal. Worth the wait. I’ll definitely be here many more times.
Good job Wendy’s on delivering a great meal and pleasant experience dining in.
Now if only all fast food locations can be this way…

This restaurant is bad. They don’t care how their food looks or tastes. They throw everything together and it looks so sloppy. Taste isn’t good either. Service is slow and at times you get workers who act like robots.

I have never had an issue here food has always been good and fresh. The customer service is lacking and they can be slow seems they always have new workers. As long as you check your order and keep on the server your usually ok. I have always liked wendys food so being this is the only one in town we are stuck with it.

For fast food, this is VERY SLOW. You have to remind them about the cup for your beverage (I was able to get a Peach Sprite) The pretzel bacon burger is great, especially its special sauce. The food was hot… but quite a wait, despite the drive thru not being particularly busy. Wendy’s gets two stars rather than one because of the quality of the food. It would get 3 if the service were better.

Discussing gross food, a fly was on my tray that had my food on smashed on the bottom between both of our food trys

I like Wendy’s, the chilli, the frosties, the salads, the burgers, but the fries, they changed, all the Wendy’s changed from the wondeful french fries to this concoction of dirty potato skins on them, calling then ‘natural’ fries. Yuck. Do you know how many pesticides are on potato peels? Its like in the dirty dozen. The taste is bad too. For the fries I go across town to Carl’s Jr. Yum. Even McDonald’s fries aren’t the same after they found out they had beef fat in the oil, they took it out, now they are average tasting. Wendy’s old fries come back! Come back please!

Their cheesy cheddar burger is good, but horrible customer service all the time!!! Wish they hired better employees’!!

I went through the drive through and ordered the 10 piece chix nuggets and when I got home I only received 5. I got charged for 10 though. I emailed the wendy’s sight and they said I’d received correspondence in 3 business days. I still haven’t heard back and that was in early Sept I emailed twice.

Slow. Slow. SLOW! Slow service and colt burgers. I’m not sure if this is the norm throughout the day, but it was past 11pm after my sister and I ordered our food and upon receiving our food, we noticed that our burgers were cold.

Extremely slow service in the drive-​thru + cold food = Never going here again.
