From the first phone call I made to set up an estimate to the end result of A/​C installation, my experience with this company was exceptional. Joe came to my home and did a thorough walk through to assess our needs for the install. He was also kind to my dogs which is a big deal because dog people are good people.
The crew was friendly, professional and super efficient on the day of installation. I felt comfortable leaving them to do the work. What was supposed to be 6 hours ended up being only 3.5! They accommodated my request for the unit to be on the side of the house away from the entertainment area. The unit they installed is quiet and energy efficient. I am so happy with our new air conditioning especially on these hot and humid days. Speaking of humid, they even attached a dehumidifier tube to our furnace which immediately dried out our damp house!
Above and beyond, I highly recommend this company.

Genuinely nice people, quick to respond and very helpful. Ed, the technician was clear about the service he was going to perform and suggested cheaper fixes. Price was more than fair and I will certainly use them again for anything HVAC related. Their sterling reputation precedes them.

I have used Air Smart several times in the last couple of years, and have not once been disappointed. Most recently, James came out to do some maintenance on my furnace to get it ready for winter (and after this winter, I am SO glad he did!) He was very pleasant, arrived on time and gave the furnace a thorough cleaning and check-​up.
