AM/PM

This was only my second time here but it was nice and fast service. however it is now a BP
Nice big place inside… the signage in front id missing but the pumps (as in one of the pics I took) says BP)
Staff was friendly, store was organized… and someone was cleaning up the place outside… good show for the store. Pretty busy little intersection also.

The station is in a good location, just outside downtown Naperville, but it is always almost twenty cents higher than most other gas stations in the area. The station is clean and looks nice, but employees are kind of lacking and everything inside is pretty expensive. I avoid this station unless I get desperate.

I didn’t think I would write about a gas station, but in this case it might be worth mentioning. The place isn’t bad but does need some help. Every now and then, you pull off to grab a soda or a snack. I went last weekend and was a bit taken back. The place wasn’t dirty but I’ve seen cleaner AM/​PMs.
My thing was the snacks. I decided to grab a brownie. One of the things I like to do is to heat it for about 7 – 10 seconds to soften it up (get a more fresh, somewhat out of the oven feel). The brownie was a bit hard but after a quick trip to the microwave, I thought it would do the trick. Not the case– still hard as a hockey puck. I grabbed a couple of cookies and did soften up but still a bit hard for my liking.
What got me was the person on duty. I went to the counter to pay for my snack. The person looked like he wanted to get a quick bite to eat. No problem– just finish was they were eating and then come out. Not too serious, right? Well they did come out but the employee came out WITH HIS MOUTH STILL FULL! They tried to give me my total while they were still eating. For future reference– just gas & go (pay at the pump). Everything else, I might think twice. I’ll say 2 ½ stars.
