Walked in on 5 sales people just sitting around the entrance area, chilling, as if they owned the place… felt like we were bothering them if we’d ask for help. Half an hour of helping ourselves, found a great set, sofa&love seat at a super low price of $ 1650, No one helped so we walked out. Thank you Carson’s. NOT coming back… will take my business elsewhere

Would give 0 stars if I could — ordered a living room set last night. Woman putting it in the system seemed like she had never used a computer in her life. Sold me the set, told me to call the next morning for delivery date. Called in, she was confused, asked to call me back. Received a call back 30 min later & was informed that the sofa was sold out. Immediately cancelled my order. Joined Unilocal just to write this review. They are very behind the times — do not shop here!

A great experience turned BAD. Casually looking around for a leather sofa, we met Sales Associate Paul. He was ABSOLUTELYGREAT in helping us; we even ended up purchasing a new mattress set. We left the store so excited for our new furniture to arrive next week. The delivery was a horrible experience. The morning of our delivery, we never received a call to let us know when they would be here. After three calls to the delivery department we finally had our THREE hour window. They couldn’t even show up on time or to call and let us know they were running late. We were held hostage in our home. Once they showed up, they busted in through the front door with the sofa and tore off a collector’s item pewter door knocker. Had they given us two seconds we could have removed the knocker. Once inside, they set the furniture down wherever they wanted. We couldn’t even place furniture coasters under the sofa or put the bed skirt down. They said they don’t do that and didn’t have time. We also had a mattress pad and leather care kit delivered that they just threw on the floor as they left. The drivers did acknowledge that the knocker was broken during delivery and that it would be paid for by the company. They said that we would get a phone call from the company to settle this. Never getting a phone call, I called myself. I did get to speak to a Rick that asked me to send him a picture of the broken door knocker. Rick said he would talk to the drivers and call me back that same day. After placing several follow up phone calls, all I have ever heard is Rick will call you back with an answer when he gets one. Despite the great service we got while we were in the store, I would never shop at Carson’s again due to the horrible experience we had with the delivery service. I hope Carson’s will work hard to resolve this situation we have experienced instead of the run around I am getting. We are seriously considering returning the sofa, but we don’t even want the delivery workers in our house again.

Epic fail… delivered the wrong chair and the couch leather was already torn in a spot. I refused the order and they couldn’t get me anything new for at least a week and a half. Not wasting $ 2200 on this poor service! Order canceled, go somewhere else!

I called the store earlier last week and spoke with Terry. She explained that there is a 50% off sale starting 8⁄20. I shared with her I am interested in the lane summerlin sofa and love seat. She verified that the sofa was on the floor and the pice would be $ 824.50 after the 50% off was applied. I went in to the store on 8⁄14 and she tells me the price is normally $ 2,950.00, and the sale price is now $ 1,475. Terry was very friendly but the store price is ridiculously high. I do not know if Terry was messing with me or if I misunderstood what she told me over the phone. Regardless, the manufacturer(lane furniture) suggested retail price on the summerlin sofa(214 – 39) is $ 1,649. Carson’s 50% off price is only is 12% less than the manufacturer’s suggest regular retail price. I plan to share this discovery with Terry.

We’ve purchased a few pieces of furniture from Carson’s and have been extremely satisfied. They have a good selection in stock and can special order nearly every big name brand. The prices can range quite a bit since they carry both mid range and high end lines. All of the reps are very friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to assist you even if you aren’t purchasing anything. Every single one of our deliveries has been on time and their delivery staff is also exceptional. The store has some good sales every now and then so there’s never been any reason for us to shop anywhere else. Just one thing to keep in mind: They list their normal everyday prices as «sale» prices on the tag(with the regular price being the inflated MSRP). They do however have additional sales that give you a discount over their«sale» price.

Just because I’m a guy doesn’t mean I’m clueless about sofas. We walk in with a specific sofa in mind that we wanted to see, which we had seen in another sofa store not 5 min previously. I ask to see it, the associate asks what the number is. Well I only wrote down the name because I assumed that would be enough. I then asked to see the Rowe catalog because that’s what the sofa was. She says something like«It’s complicated I don’t think you can find it» 20 seconds later I am on the right page. «oh that’s not the right sofa, the arms aren’t curved as much». so then I show her that it indeed is the right #. Just a very bad experience. The salesperson showed a lot of attitude and was very argumentative and found it hard to believe I could possibly know anything.

Darlene is great; the previous reviewer could not be more right about that if she tried. That being said, you have to look very hard for value here. There are some clearance items being sold directly off the floor that are reasonably priced. Otherwise, most things are horribly overpriced.

This was without a doubt one of the BEST experiences I have ever had in a store to date. We were on a mission for a new couch. We had lots of rules about the couch. We had a budget. Upon entering the store, we were greeted by a sharply dressed woman named Darlene. She asked what we were looking for, and proceeded to escort us to the department, give a quick rundown of inventory, and left us alone. She went to a desk and worked on something else while we shopped in peace. When I had questions, she came right over, answered them and then… left us alone. It was a freaking miracle. We actually found two pieces that day for the same room. I was unsure if they would look good together, so she offered to have the stock room guys move the two pieces together so that I could see if the colors worked. Amazing. After purchasing our furniture, we got a hand written thank you note with our first and last names spelled correctly. Delivery was no charge, and ONTIME. They were so damn fast, they were gone before I could open my wallet for a tip. About a week after we got the chair, another hand written note came asking if the chair was good, and to inform us of status on the other furniture(we knew at purchase time it would take a while) The return policy here is really great as well. 60 days no hassle for rugs and furniture.
