First of all let me say that the metaphorical phrase «don’t judge a book by it’s cover» couldn’t be truer! At D&R Services the building is easy to miss and drive right past because it’s a small shop, but the service they provide is huge and impeccable!!!
Don, the owner is probably the nicest, coolest person you’ll ever meet, he makes sure to explain everything to you and is very down to earth. He’s very professional and has a hard-​working staff who made me feel completely comfortable and confident leaving my vehicle for repair each time I’ve used their services… yeah, about that… I’ve been a repeat customer of D&R Services, my first experience was with my wife’s car, she needed some work done after hitting a pothole a few years ago. When we brought in her car the damage was less than our insurance deductible and Don gave us a very reasonable quote for the repair. The repair work was fantastic and done earlier than we expected. A couple years later, during the year of Stormageddon, my bmw was hit, and I immediately thought of D&R Services for the repair! And most recently, I just had them fix my Jeep Wrangler from some off-​roading damage… ok yeah, so I don’t have the best of luck with cars, but thank God I did when I found a great repair shop!!!
Look I can go on and on about D&R Services, everyone went out of their way to make sure my every concern was handled beyond expectation, so I can recommend them without hesitation! You can go to one of those huge shops that has TV commercials and a staff in the hundreds, and all the fancy bells and whistles when you walk in the door, and one where you’ll be booked out for a week, or you can support a small business in your community that pays attention to detail and their customers’ needs.
I chose the latter and trust me, once you go there you will be like me – a customer for life!
