Ugh what a horrible experience I ordered one of their new iced drinks and take a look at the picture there’s no coffee it’s all milk that for $ 4 I’ll go buy a gallon of milk at the grocery store and drink it instead of returning to this Dunkin Donuts if you can’t hire people that know how to make the drinks then you shouldn’t be in business

More or less your garden variety DD. It has a Baskin Robbins attached, so your choice of treats goes beyond corporate Boston Cremes. What makes this location unique is that it’s located in an auto mall. So, you can emotionally eat while you ponder the money you just spent on getting your timing belt repaired.

Can I PLEASE give 0 stars for this s***hole. Rude customers. Today I get ignored at the counter, last night the drive thru. The inside is filthy. Only reason I came twice in two days is because my car was getting fixed next door. I will be prepared with coffee from ELSEWHERE when I come to the mall

Their staff is not only extremely rude EVERYTIME I go here but they always mess up my food order somehow. I went here with my friend who used to work at Dunkin and they tried to tell her that they ring up wake up wraps under a croissant. Uhh no they don’t! That makes it more expensive! Ive never had a good experience here. sadly I work close by so I keep giving this place chances but I will never return and hope it gets shut down

How to lose a customer in 45 seconds! This morning I made a stop for my morning coffee at Dunkin Donuts in Naperville off of Route 34 between Aurora and Jefferson Avenue. I ordered the same thing I always do; «I will have a large iced pumpkin coffee with easy cream please,»(yes I am aware it is 12 degrees outside, however I am in my 70 degree car for an hour commute). The person taking the order asks, «Do you want skim or whole milk?» I thought that was odd, however there are new people all the time, so I answered, «skim» then proceeded to drive up to the window. The young man at the window confirmed my order, «large iced pumpkin latte?» Then I understood! She thought I asked for a latte instead of an iced coffee, hence the skim or whole milk question! Whatever. Really not a big deal to me. I just wanted them to make the drink ordered so I could pay and move along with my morning. What was unfolding before my eyes was absolutely astounding! I saw the woman with the headset(who presumably took my order over the speaker) getting extremely upset with the young man expediting orders through the drive up window. The window was closed, but I could still hear them quite clearly. He told her that the latte in his hand was not what I had ordered. She yelled back at him, «it is exactly what he ordered… HEORDERED A LATTE!» After they went back and forth multiple times and hearing her voice elevate, I tapped on the window to get the young man’s attention. Once he opened the window, I asked the woman to come over and speak with me. I said, «I have no doubt that you heard me say latte, however that is not what I ordered. I ordered an iced coffee.» She then began to tell me over and over again in a loud threatening voice that I ordered a latte. WOW! With my blood pressure climbing, I told her that I really didn’t care what she thought I ordered and that I would not be paying for or drinking a latte. Then I asked her to bring me the iced coffee I ordered. She stormed off and the young man came back to the window. I asked to speak to the manager and with a blank stare the kid went to find him. As Billy the manager came to the window, I explained to him the serious problem he has with his employee since she feels it is acceptable to argue with customers about what they did or did not order through at the drive through window. Billy replied, «I will to talk to her, in fact I will write her up.» I proceeded to tell him, «I do not care what you do with her, I just want you to be aware that I have NEVER experienced anything quite like this in my life and I do not want the coffee anymore. Good luck.» I drove off, calmed down and went to McDonalds to get my large iced coffee and it was great! I will never go to this specific Dunkin Donuts again and I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to go there either. This is the cost of poor service and poor management. Did I mention that Billy was standing right there in the back to witness the entire scene yet did nothing to stop it?

The service here is just not that great. It use to be a great place to go but it just went down hill. Just to warn everybody the drive thru is a hit or miss 80% is a miss. Need to re-staff or something.

Food poisoning ALL3 of us. we all had 1 scoop of different ice chocolate chip cookie dough tasted like mint so I’m sure the spoon was not washed. I guess they used the same nasty utensil for everyone’s scoop, what’s sad is that this was not the first time, but it will be the last. before we spent the evening in the bathroom I noticed that it tasted weird-I even spit out the cookie dough pieces. I should have trusted my gut now my guts are in the commode.

This Dunkin’ Donuts location is close to work for me, and I haven’t had any problems with my order being mixed up. Sometimes there is a delay if I order a bagel, but chances are if I am stopping here before work, I’m not pressed for time. I love the iced coffee with butter pecan from Dunkin. It’s sweet enough without any added sugar. The location is odd. In order to enter the drive-thru lane, you have to first drive through a promenade of auto detailing/car wash/auto repair businesses. I’m sure a lot of grease monkeys frequent this location. It’s also a pain to get out of no matter what direction you’re headed.

This Dunkin is just terrible. The service is slow and they never can get my coffee order right. They also don’t know how to load the dunkin donuts gift card on my mobile app. I prefer the one down on route 59 over this one or the other one on Ogden. Avoid this Dunkin at all costs.

I have to agree with the other reviews. The drive thru on this place is weird and the customer service is crappy. Try another location

The workers at this dunkins are the worst. They don’t wait for the full order, forcing you to repeat it. I wanted to get on their Wifi and ask them how to do so. The lady at the counter ignored me for a full minute even after muliple attempts to get her attention. Just the worst.

YUCK! I came here because I had to wait several hours for my car and this is the only thing in sight. Ordered a tuna wrap sandwich combo and purchased a diet coke. What I received was a tortilla folded into a pocket half full with a light gray mush. If there is any tuna it was sent through a blender with who knows what. Very minor tuna taser and no texture. I didn’t receive a hash brown and when I asked for it I was told there is no combo with soda — fine, but then address this when I order or charge me the extra for the hash. Brown and give it to me. Unbelievable. After looking at the ‘wrap’ I don’t want to get any other food here. As an aside, another customer apparently ordered the same thing when he entered and they both came out at the same time. My took under two minutes, his took more than 15. Number of customers…3 At 12:30. Of course, based on this I’m surprised they have this many but I’m certain there are others like myself… stuck. On a good side there is free wifi. It’s not clean but also not disgustingly dirty.

This place absolutely sucks with customer service. Every single time we go, they get our order wrong and we just live with it because we don’t want to have to go back and deal with it again. The only reason we return in general is because it is the closest DD and sometimes we just crave the pumpkin donuts and coffee!

I have come here a few times on the way to work & in the morning the line was very long. Some places especially big franchises have a procedure they use to make big lines move fast but I have not seen that here. If there was a big line it would usually be a big & slow line. With that said Dunkin Donuts still has good coffee & donuts. I also like that they have the Baskin Robbin’s because they have really good shakes. Their peanut butter shake is absolutely delicious & is worth a trip here. The prices are always pretty good & they have a value menu with items around a dollar. The facility is also pretty nice from the outside & looks new, & updated. I have not been inside but this looks like one of the newer Dunkin Donuts I have seen. Overall I would come here again because it is on the way to work.

I love coffee! I come here almost daily, but that not to say this location does not frustrate me. The wait can sometimes be unbearable. Some customer go through the drive through and make very large orders, the staff should have those customers pull up and then bring them their orders to speed up the line. Some mornings there is an older women who works the drive through and the thing is she can barely reach out of the window to hand you your order, that’s ridiculous. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because I love coffee and this location is on my way to work. If I did not drive this way to work I most likely would never come to this location.

Probably the safest place in Naperville because every time I drive by there are a couple of police officers having coffee inside. But that’s where any pluses end. After taking the exam for the CPD, I was jonesing for a donut. Don’t judge, all the donut jokes to and from McCormick Place finally broke me down. So on our way home, we decided to stop in. At 1130 on a Saturday, the donut selection was limited. No double chocolate glazed? What the f? Thankfully there was a Boston crème or hell was to be raised. I also ordered a chocolate frosted cake donut but instead had a regular chocolate frosted in the bag. Go figure! The patrons are cranky old people. I had a woman next to me bitch because I didn’t pick the chair up to move it but instead scooted it across the floor and it made a noise. An old man sitting on the couch shot dirty looks because me and my friend dared to talk. Seriously old people, if you want quiet head to the library. Unless you’re a badge bunny looking to score, skip this place.

I was lured here because the waiting area in the Service Auto Glass Center a few doors down was really stuffy. And coming from California, Dunkin’ Donuts is still a bit of a mystery to me. Why are there so many here? Do people really like donuts enough to sustain having a Dunkin’ on every corner? I was going to just get a cup of their famed coffee but then I saw the 99 cent menu. I am such a sucker for bargains. I was eyeing the donut holes or «munchkins» anyway, so after I waited a good minute or two for the one employee to finish up with her drive through order, I made my order for a coffee with skim milk(I know, it’s laughable considering I’m about to order donuts) and five munchkins. The employee was unfriendly, not to the extent of being rude, but she just clearly hated her job. She dropped a few munchkins on the ground while attempting to grab mine and to my surprise, she had miscounted and given me an extra one. Yay! The munchkins were good, I guess. I’m not a huge donut fan so I couldn’t really tell one donut from the next. The coffee was nice and hot. I imagine that the food quality across the franchise must be quite similar so if I had a choice, I’d drive a block or two to find another DD with better service. Oh, and there was a piece of chewed gum in the cup of coffee stirrers. Not cool.

It was Saturday and I had to go in to work to close out on . I decided to stop and treat myself to some donuts. I don’t eat donuts very often and thought that the sugar high would help with getting the work done. I pull into the drive through to place my order. The conversation went as follows:
Them: May I take your order? Me: Yes, I would like a cinnamon role and a twist. Them: I am sorry; the promotion for cinnamon roll french toast has ended. Me: Ummmmmm, ok. I am actually trying to order a cinnamon role donut and a twist donut. Them: We don’t serve those. Me: You don’t serve Cinnamon Role Donuts Them: No Me: and you don’t serve Twist Donuts Their Manager slightly rudely: Sir, we told you the promotion was over. Me: Yes, on the French toast. That is not what I am trying to order. Their Manager more rudely: Sir, we don’t serve what you are asking for…
At this point I did not know if they would even serve a glazed donut so I gave up and went to McDonald’s. I did not get donuts for the day. I still don’t know if they were just confused or they do not serve cinnamon roles or twists(I can’t imagine a donut store not selling those) but I do know that I am done with Dunkin’ Donuts.
