Dupage Carpet Cleaning

I had my carpet and furniture cleaned by DCC and could not be happier! The owner, Jason and his crew were prompt, and did a great job. They came in, pretreated and cleaned using a truck mounted unit. They even wore booties over their shoes. Price was very fair. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed! My couch looked like new when they left!

Wonderful, wonderful experience ! I called Tuesday 12÷9÷14 of this week and inquired if DuPage Carpet Cleaning & Restoration could possibly come to my house in next 1 – 7 days to clean my basement carpet and stairs, my mother-​in-​law coming to stay for the holidays. A rep, Jason, promptly called me back and said they could be out Thursday 12÷11÷14 of this same week. He gave me a price and a window of time, 2 hour window of time when they would be at my house. Thursday, Jason and a crew member arrived within the window of time. Found both gentlemen very polite and professional, they both even wore booties over their shoes while in my house. DuPage Carpet Cleaning used a truck-​mounted steam cleaner with hoses; the best source of equipment to clean carpets. Jason and his tech carefully hooked up their equipment and laid out their hoses, then continued to pre-​treat the entire carpet for cleaning. The tech then proceeded to use the truck mounted steam spray/​suction to clean and remove the dirt from my carpet and stairs. Once all was done the carpet looked great ! Jason and his tech carefully picked up their equipment and were on their way. I would definitely have DuPage Carpet Cleaning and Restoration out to our house another time. I do recommend others try them for their carpet cleaning needs.

Jason and his team were incredibly accommodating and did an excellent job. They called ahead to let me know they could come earlier and were in and out quickly but with great results. I like supporting local businesses and it’s a bonus when the team is as easy to work with as this and the prices are reasonable.

I am used to cleaning my own carpets and was leery about using a carpet cleaning service. But my own carpet cleaner wasn’t getting the job done so I decided to try DuPage Carpet Cleaning. I am so glad I did! They were awesome! They explained exactly what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They made my crappy carpet look great! They were on time, professional and took their time, making sure I was happy with the results. I highly recommend them!

Dupage Carpet Cleaning is an excellent company and are great at what they do. My carpets turned out looking so nice and new. I have never seen my carpets look so nice. The owner Jason is very knowledgeable about their process and they use a Truck carpet cleaning machine that obviously works much better than the rented things. Great work they will definately be called again. I would recommend them to anyone.
