Edible Arrangements

STAY AWAY!!! I placed an order at 1PM for business delivery (which means it must be delivered by 5PM). I received a call immediately stating that it would not be delivered because they were «too busy». I contacted the live chat and informed them I wanted my order cancelled. At that point they told me the store had my arrangement on the truck and that it was «out for delivery» and it would be delivered by 5PM. PERFECT! 5PM comes around and the arrangement has not been delivered and the «track your order» link says «arranging order now». Immediately I contact live chat again to be informed that nothing will be delivered and my order has not been canceled by the store. I look like a great boyfriend at the moment. Thanks Edible Arrangements. For nothing.

SLOW AS MOLASSES. Made an order this past Sunday for a delivery today. Waited ALL DAY and it still has not arrived by 6:15pm. This is unacceptable and very rude. Will never do business again. Avoid.

Fail. I paid $ 130 for a large arrangement for 100^th birthday including delivery on the exact date. Called the very morning of the delivery date to ensure the fruit would be delivered that afternoon. It was not.
When a customer specifies the delivery date in the order and calls the same day to confirm timely delivery, to fail to deliver on time is simply unacceptable. A refund has been requested, but the store clerk said the manager wasn’t in today…

My husband received an Edible Arrangement for Christmas which was not edible. It was made from tasteless unripened fruit. Since I give so many of these away to clients, and know these are pricy, I suggested we return it. We took it back to the Naperville store and the gal took it and said the manager would get back to us. Since the manager did not get back to us, we called them and they said that they had no record number of any order and no record of us returning it back to the store. After calling the manager they said there was nothing they could do to help us without a record locator and would not give us even an aknowlegement that we had returned it because we couldn’t prove we returned it. They said they have had a lot of turn over even though we described the young gal that took it. They rudely said «just call corporate!»
I certainly won’t be doing business with them again, ever.

Horrible service, purchased arrangements for my wife’s bday, called edible arrangements to get assurance that they will be delivered before 5pm since we were going to a dinner. Even after they OKed it, we got them at 8:30pm!!! After i called them they said they have no record of the request and the delivery is within their delivery time of until 9pm!!! Will never deal with them

I was looking at something other than flowers to give my Wife for our 4 year anniversary and I thought I’d give edible arrangements a try! Marlo helped me choose something and was very helpful! got my wife the Watermelon Kiwi Summer-​tini and had it delivered to her work. When it got there all of her co-​workers said «Oh man! Someone must really like you!!» It was TONS of fresh fruit and Chocolate Dipped Fruit! Her Coworkers also had some and there was more than enough to take home! She enjoyed it Very much and We would use edible arrangements again! Thanks again Marlo and Edible Arragements!

I love ordering Edible Arrangements for friends and families. Normally, I have them shipped out but this one is right around the corner from my house so I can pick them up now. I did not know you could even do that. I have both ordered arrangements for other people and received arrangements from other people out of this location and I’ve always been more than pleased. The fruit is fresh and I absolutely love the chocolate covered pieces! Not to forget how beautiful the arrangements look. They can get pretty expensive but I think it’s a great, healthy alternative to sending fatty cakes or cookies for a gift or other special occasion.

Did you know that you can pick up an arrangement from Edible Arrangements? I needed to go visit a friend of mine who I haven’t seen in over ten years. She was having a little get together for all of us gals. She told me she had everything laid out for our meal and that she was cooking all day. My mother told me to never go to a person’s home empty handed. I like to live by that rule. Enter, Edible Arrangements. Marlo answered the phone and told me all about the different options I had available. She was so incredibly helpful in helping me since I was being so fussy about the arrangement. I told her that I didn’t want any chocolate on there and lots of pineapple. She was up for the challenge! She told me what time it would be ready for pick-​up. The location was super easy to get to and in such close proximity to my friend’s home. My day was getting off to a great start.
I got there about 20 minutes before I should have and I was greeted promptly. Much to my surprise, out comes Marlo with the most beautiful edible arrangement! Right on time with minutes to spare! There is something about great customer service, punctuality, and flower shaped pineapples that really makes me happy. I paid and left very excited to see the look on my friend’s face when I give this to her. That should be the mantra of Edible Arrangements, delivering a smile with every arrangement.
Well I got to her house, she was elated and even used the arrangement as the table centerpiece! After dinner we all sat around it and devoured it. Thanks Marlo at Edible Arrangements!

Received a fruit arrangement from this location. I know these are pricey as my husband sends them to clients. He will not be using them in the future as we found mold on several pieces of fruit. Not just a little mold but large pieces of mold that took a day or two to grow. What a waste of money and fruit.

The service here through Rachel was excellent!!! I ordered a gift box for my cousin as that was suppose to be a surprise so to avoid asking her for the address I decided to look her up using the white pages and I ended up getting her old address. After I realized I had the package shipped to the wrong address I called and was expecting to pay for another arrangement but Rachel immediated resolved the issue by offering to send a new order to my cousin at no additional charge. I am very impressed since this was my mistake and it’s so hard to find great customer service these days!!! I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for an Edible Arrangements with Excepetional Customer Service since they exceeded my expectations!!! Thanks Rachel!!!

Agree with other reviewer– I was very pleased with their service. I walked in not knowing I needed to pre-​order, but the man at the counter helped me with exactly what I wanted and made it as fast as he could and it turned out beautifully, and yummy! Perfect gift for any occasion.

Let me begin by saying, I have ordered here before, and have been happy. However, this time, not so much. We wanted a nice hostess gift for a holiday party we were invited to, and ordered a beautiful arrangement in a cute drum holder for the holidays. What we got was a light purple basket. When we asked about changing this out for something more seasonal, we were told that our receipt says the holder may be substituted. Sure, I understand if you are out of a certain item, a reasonable replacement can be made. But how about trying to stick with the holidays, and if you can’t let me know, so I can make other arrangements? No, a purple basket-​looks like a leftover from Easter. We were told, if we want the drum, come back next week. no thank you. I’ll try their local competitor next time.
