Food: 4 stars. Best items on the menu are the pancakes and French toast selections. Service: 3 stars. Every time I’ve dined there is an error on my order. Worst experience was they failed to tell me my item selected is no longer available. When my tables orders were brought out, they told me after everyone was served and did not speed up my replacement order. Nothing was offered in lieu of the poor service(ex: discount or item taken off receipt)

In need of a fast breakfast in the Naperville area or are you just craving a special stack of pancakes? Either way, this is the place. Food comes out within 5 minutes of ordering and there’s almost never a wait. I love the smores specialty cakes.

We came in after they stopped seating, and they were very welcoming. Because we’ve never been here before. We wanted to try this place since forever, so now here we are. The food looks amazing, and everyone has been nice. Especially John. He made sure to take really good care of us. We definitely will be back!

On a very busy Mother’s Day, my spouse, toddler and I were seated immediately in a back booth. They handed me a pink carnation for Mother’s Day, and a sippy cup of water for my daughter. Talk about service! I opted for the Cobb, Inc.(no bacon), husband had the Denver omelette and daughter had sausage, raisin toast and ham from the spouse’s brunch. :) This is a great spot for families and those with babies. Huge menu, good prices and tasty high-end diner coffee. Can’t wait to go back!

Great place for consistently good food. Very good servers. Can easily become a reliable and often visited place.

Had time on Saturday morning for breakfast with the family — decided to give Eggs, Inc Café a try. We should have walkout based on the attitude of the host. He was hands down the most rude person I have ever encountered in a breakfast place. Not sure if we even said a word to us — odd. Our server, Steve, was great! he was Five Stars for sure. The food meh. We ordered a couple of omelets and neither had much flavor, in fact everything seemed canned. Nothing fresh at all, very disappointing. With so many breakfast places in the area, no reason to go back. Two star rating based on our server bring up the food and host from a one.

Very good. The Steak and Eggs was excellent. Perfectly cooked skirt steak at a great price. My sons pancakes were fantastic and wife’s skillet was quite good. The steak and eggs are a can’t miss though. Nice service as well

As a brunch-lover who lives in Chicago, I realized that Naperville doesn’t have very many brunch places. My boyfriend and I wanted to venture out of our usual brunch places(Egg Harbor, Jam ‘n’ Jelly, Honey Jam Café). We came upon Eggs, Inc Café in downtown Naperville and decided to give it a try. This place is just your average breakfast place — the food is good, but nothing really notable. The best way to describe it is a pricier version of Denny’s.

So glad we finally got to try this place. The menu was really impressive and it was so hard to choose but I went for the create a crêpe with strawberry filling and it was amazing! Very reasonably priced too and only waited for around 5 minutes on a busy Saturday morning. Can’t wait to go back already!

I have such a hard time figuring out what breakfast spot i like better, eggs inc or egg harbor. When i go to eggs inc i get a skillet. The portion is large so i end up spilting it and still being full. Thier orange juice is good here, freshly squeezed. My only complaint is as of lately the service has gone downhill. The last time i ate i spent over an hour there. My server took forever to come by to take my order(probably 10 minutes or even 15). Then a really long time to refill my coffee(like another 10 minutes). I wanted creamer i had to ask a busy boy for it as our server was m.i.a. and then again to pay I waited another 15 minutes. I was pretty disappointed, it didn’t appear they were under staffed. I think my last visit helpped me make a decision, i will go to egg harbor. Ive never had any issues there.

This is a nice sit down breakfast place! I felt that my meal was ordinary. Plating was great, but I felt like my food tasted just okay. When I walked in my friend and I ordered a hot chocolate, and it looked amazing! I was disappointed to find that it tasted really watered down. Per Unilocal recommendations I ordered the seniorita margarita frittata, and a side order of chunky monkey pancakes. Both tasted okay, but definitely wasn’t what I expected. Our waitress was great! She came around just enough, made sure our glasses were full, and was very pleasant. Overall, I thought that this was a decent sit down breakfast spot but the food didn’t meet my expectations.

I was in the area and remembered seeing this breakfast place a while ago. I decided to try them out. Walked in at 11am and there a few occupied tables but it wasn’t busy. There was no hostess so I stood there for a few minutes until I was acknowledged. The lady who took us to our table did not look friendly, approachable or nice. She set our menus down and gave my daughter a paper menu to color without handing her crayons. A guy came over and dropped off a water for my daughter. Adult waters came minutes later. Weird. Our server finally came to our table and asked if we wanted beverages. I was needing coffee so I flip my cup over and discover that it had a huge lipstick stain. Yuck! So I get a new cup and finally get my coffee. Aaaahhhh. The menu offered many choices, so many that it was hard to pick. I went with the steak skillet. It came with 2 eggs, hashbrown a, skirt steak pieces, cheese, peppers, onions and other veggies. The skillet was average. Nothing exciting. It was hot, fresh and edible. My daughter got the Mikey mouse pancake and I had pancakes with my meal. We were lucky that our server was very friendly and attentive. She made up for the bitter looking person who seated us. If in the area I would definitely be back. They had many yummy things on the menu. The restaurant itself is decorated nicely. There is a tv and they offer parking in back of the building. Didn’t find that out until I parked a crossed the street.

Food is great and inexpensive. Customer service at the counter is respectable and a transaction kind of customer service. We have eaten the scrambled eggs with sausages and bacon. It was prepared quickly and tasted good. It came with hash browns and pancakes. We have also ordered the vegetable frittata and that was also decent. The portions are great. It’s easy to eat half and eat the other half for lunch. Today we ordered the ham scrambled. That was also delicious. The cooks are quick and create good dishes.

I’ve only been here a couple of times-breakfast only-but it’s probably my favorite breakfast place in the area. Service is solid and it’s a comfortable place, but it’s the food that’s the star, which is what you want! On my most recent trip, I had the Chicken Fried Chicken & eggs. Good quality chicken breast and the coating was crispy. Eggs were cooked as ordered. The two standout items are probably the two best indicators to me for a breakfast place-the hash browns and the gravy that was on the chicken. Hash browns were actually slightly browned, which is how they’re supposed to be cooked and the gravy was a perfect texture with just enough crumbled sausage mixed in. A good breakfast place with a huge menu and lots of interesting dishes on the menu(California Omelet has fresh avocados inside as well as a lil’ garlic mixed in).

Great downtown Naperville spot. Quick seating with super friendly staff. Nice selection with a touch of healthy. Breakfast is the best however the lunch menu has plenty. I particularly like the tuna stuffed pineapple. Healthy and filling.

Eggs, Inc. is a good place for breakfast. Had the traditional eggs Benedict with hash browns. Decaf coffee. Everything tasted OK, and the service was friendly and efficient. This is not a destination breakfast place but quite a good one. If you’re in the area, by all means stop in.

This is the hipster breakfast place, I take it?! That’s the feel I got from the place, and waitstaff… not a turnoff though, our waiter was cool. This place is only breakfast and lunch. I didn’t look at the lunch selections. Large menu… almost large enough to change your mind five times like I did, so I went with the baked oatmeal«special» the day I came in here. I will say this is NOT a cheap breakfast place… plan on spending around $ 10 or more per person for breakfast. Then again, this is downtown Naperville. The food was good though. I’m not sure if this place gets crazy crowded, I’m assuming it does, but I came here for a late breakfast/brunch and the place wasn’t really busy so perfect time to come in. It’s a cute diner, though… I’d come here again.

The food was good, and the service was excellent. When we sat down to order, our waitress Sara(Sarah?) was incredibly friendly and had so many positive things to say about how well-run the restaurant was and how much she enjoys working there. She was enthusiastic about the food and made many good suggestions. The orange juice came in two sizes and was fresh squeezed. They had a large menu with so many interesting choices. I got an omelet which was good and upgraded to the specialty pancakes(lemon blueberry) on their specials menu which were amazing. My friend got the Elvis French toast(banana bread with carmelized bananas and peanut butter sauce) and said they were«good,» but probably wouldn’t get it again. She let me try some and I’d say the same. There’s a breakfast place out near DeKalb that has probably ruined us on banana bread French toast anywhere else for life. Fortunately, there were so many other things to choose from, so that’s not much of a loss. After we finished, we stayed and chatted for a while. Sara occasionally dropped by and checked on us, offering to refill our water glasses. She was so sweet about it and it was a thoughtful touch — at some places I feel lucky to be offered another drink or refill after the food is served, much less if we’re lingering well beyond the meal.

This place is legit, especially for breakfast food. The menu is expansive, and there’s outdoor seating when it’s not 19 degrees outside. Granted, the outdoor seating gives you a great view of a parking garage, but it’s outside. Otherwise, I would say this is a solid brunch location — ample seating, good food, good service. They have Greek toast. Fantastic. Weird fact: I came here with my fam, which includes 2 kids. The restaurant offers kids menus with coloring, which is standard but nice. The weird part comes in when the waiter grabs a few crayons for the kids. The crayons were both yellow. I took a peek in the crayon cup — every single crayon in the cup for the entire restaurant was yellow. Yellow! I don’t know if this is a tactic to curb crayon thievery(because duh, yellow is the worst crayon color ever) or if all the other viable, effective crayons were stolen, leaving the sad & wimpy yellow crayons left for the honest kids. A mystery!

This place has definitely made it on my go-to places for breakfast. We came here with the cousin and her fam when they visited this summer. So four adults, two toddlers… that can either be a recipe for success or disaster. When we entered, we were promptly greeted and were sat in a six seater booth(very convenient when you want to enclose a toddler!). The waitress(wish I caught her name!) was SUPER sweet and amazingly accommodating and friendly. I could tell she has served a LOT of families with little kids! The menu was large, but not too large, like some other locations I’ve been to. Love the fact that they do fresh squeezed orange juice! When I try most breakfast places, I usually judge by their benedicts, so of course I tried the traditional eggs benedict. OMG… I don’t think I’ve had such lemony hollandaise sauce! You could tell it was super well made. My only complaint on my meal was that the canadian bacon was probably half an inch thick. For some people, that would be a plus, but it kinda overpowered the eggs and muffin combo. I also got a side of bacon, extra crispy and it was just that! Often I’ll get extra crispy bacon where it’s a little limp or just not crispy at all, but this was cooked perfectly :) Super happy with the rest of the meals on the table as well. Kiddo got chocolate chip silver dollar pancakes, which was a huge portion. Husband had the irishman skillet, which was corned beef(not hash fyi!) with onions, melted cheese, and your choice of eggs. Overall? Service was excellent… food was excellent… definitely a place to hit if you’re in the Naperville area!
