Face Your Image

Super un professional!!! I have tried multiple times to contact this lady. She never answers the phone and after trying to get in contact with this lady for nearly two days, I texted her if this was face your image ran by Toni. She said yes. So I then proceed to try to schedule an appointment. She only responds like once a day, and I have just been completely turned off by how un professional she is. I almost hope that the person I am texting is NOT the owner of the company, because if it is than she honestly has no clue on how to run a business. Finally I had enough and ask if she was taking new clients or not. She said yes and told me to send her pictures of my natural hair, and how she found out about me!?! So I did. Than she asked for my availability and I gave it to her. Like she was actually going to schedule an appointment. Guess what happened next? She didn’t respond, and every time you try to call this lady she sends you straight to voicemail. I don’t know if she is going through something right now, or is just plain rude, but don’t lie to people and ignore them. I would not recommend this women.

I absolutely love Toni! She is great with natural hair and will put in work to protect and preserve every strand. I’ve been to a number of stylists throughout Chicago and had not found one that cared about keeping my hair healthy until I met Toni. She listens, and will work with you to get the results you want. Highly recommended
