Worst service ever! The place was filthy inside and out our feet stick to the floor!. I had to track our waitress down 3 times! The best part. We were the only 6ppl there on a Sunday. Cheese fries with bacon were ordered, came out with cheese only. She said sorry the bacon came in strips so we couldnt put bacon on it! What!!! Are you kidding? Our lunches all came out at different times and orders were wrong. Save yourselves the aggregation. Go somewhere else! This place is awful!

I usually end up here with my girlfriends when we have a local night out, considering this spot gets kind of clubby on weekend nights. This is a very spacious venue and popular with the younger crowd.
Today was the first time I came here during the day to catch up with a friend. We wanted to sit at a patio bar, and Jimmy’s was jammed pack. I noticed that Features was opened up «featuring» an indoor patio, so my friend and I decided to check it out. It was very calm and hard to imagine how crazy it can get at night! My girlfriend and I ordered a couple beers on draft we haven’t tried before– they have rotating/​seasonal beers on tap. We also shared steak nachos which came with perfectly cooked steak, nachos, and sides of guacamole, chili, queso, tomatoes, and sour cream! Our waitress was super friendly including all the other staff members who would greet you when passing by.

The bartenders need training. I haven’t ever experienced a place in which they did not know how to pour a drink. It was absolutely ridiculous. The bartender had to pour my beer out 10 times before she handed me a half foamed beer. TRAINING.

Went in on Saturday night for dinner and a drink. Was not very busy, probably should have been a warning sign in downtown Naperville but figured we would give it a shot.
Service was awful, ordered a bowl of soup and a club sandwich. Waitress went into kitchen 4 times that we counted and never brought out the soup. Finally brought and what was supposed to be cream of chicken with rice was lacking both the rice and the chicken, had plenty of celery though. Wrong order brought out twice as far as the sandwich and finally left without receiving half of what we ordered.
When bill was brought to table, it was wrong as we were charged for food that we never received, addressed with waitress who eventually brought over new bill only to find out when I checked online that the first incorrect bill was put through on my card so now I have to dispute that.
Not sure if this was an anomaly for this location but besides us leaving a larger group next to us left without placing order because of service and a couple next to us also expressed their displeasure with service as they received incorrect order as well when food brought out.
Will have to look for another spot next time we visit downtown Naperville.

We just came for drinks after dinner in the downtown area. The bar staff was great and they even went out of their way especially when the place got busy around 10:30. I wasn’t a big fan of the «no hat» rule which only seemed to apply to me. Not the younger, beanie wearing crowd.
The drug dealer on the dance floor was a nice touch too! My wife and a friend thought the glory hole in the bathroom was interesting. Haha It’s been awhile since we’ve been out but I won’t be coming back here. Definitely for the 21 – 24 year old crowd.

Jasmine was my server and she was horrible. Very rude and took forever to get our orders to us. I would not recommend coming to this bar.

Their glory hole was too small for my boyfriend. I’d suggest checking out the one at The Lantern next door.

Came here to finish the night with some dancing and was thoroughly disappointed. The bars were understaffed on a Saturday night and the bartenders that were working were slow and incompetent. The dance floor is small and right in the middle of the building so there is a constant stream of people that have to go through the dance floor to get to the other side. The worst part was the music, there was no DJ and they played almost no good songs. We heard a few songs played 3 – 4 times in the two hours we were there.

Features has gone downhill FAST!!! No weekend specials, incapable bartenders, chairs and tables super worn, and the bathroom in the ladies room is leaking from the ceiling and it dripped on my head — gross!!! Seriously, have some respect for yourself and go someplace better.

Leaving before we even order. Basic bar. Crappy menu. Kinda rude staff, place is huge it probably does okay but I’d rather go to any of the other bars in this area, it is kinda dirty too just a grudgy look, dingy. There’s better options,

Absolutely terrible service and staff. They make no effort to have any reasonable level of customer service are unfriendly and rude. There is a reason why that place is always empty especially on Saturday and Sunday afternoons and early evenings. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Jimmy’s where they’re actually happy to have you there and serve you.

the bar itself is very nice and has a nice outdoor rooftop patio. This place used to be fun and full of young good looking people looking to meet other young good looking people but now it’s just a bore. Spend more time in mamalu

Poor service. Asked for a drink menu, was told that they didn’t have one and was told the only beers that they offered on the roof top were Oberon and blue moon. A couple minutes later we see and hear the couple next to us order off a drink menu. Ordered a whiskey sour, short poured with about 95% sour, 5% whiskey. 20 minutes later we see another couple order 2 draft beers that were clearly not blue moon or Oberon.

Been here twice. ORDER THE FRIED CHEESE BALLS. You have not lived until they have danced upon your tongue. Also there’s an open patio upstairs. Drinks and food are good, bartenders attentive. French fries have been better, but I recommend.

There are 2 sections to this place. One side is live music and the other is some attempt at a club scene. Both are decent considering this is the burbs. The drinks are cheap and the shots are half the size of a normal shot so expect a decent buzz not a huge rage.

My first time here was about 5 years ago for my birthday. I came for dinner and my first legal drink in a bar! We had a large table full of family and friends. The food was good — but nothing to write home about. The drinks though — delish! Those bartenders know how to make a good cocktail, and martini for that matter.
If you get here before 10 pm you are guaranteed to find a good seat or post up at the bar, but later on in the evening though it gets pretty packed. My favorite thing about features is that you can basically be at three completely different bars depending where you sit and what time you come in. If you come in early you’ll get a great spot to have a decent meal and enjoy a cocktail. If you come in a little later, the DJ will be going and the dance floor will be rockin’. If you head up to the roof top bar, you’ll find a casual atmosphere that is fantastic in the summer.
I personally enjoy the mixed venue. It’s lively regardless, but the vibe does change depending on the time of night and where you choose to hang out in the bar. It’s totally worth checking out! I’ve never had a bad time.

Meh. This bar is just OK. Went here last Sunday and had a couple drinks at the bar, then switched to the ‘patio’ seating. Its still indoors, but they open up the front windows so its like your sitting outside.
The bartender didn’t have a lot of personality and she spoke so softly I couldn’t hear a word she said. The mai tai was good, but I swear she gave me a corona and not a stella. The murmuring bartender swore up and down it was stella, but even still it came in a corona glass, not a stella glass, and the taste was not the same. Wasn’t happy about that.
I’ll have to come back a second time and try the food to really give this place a proper review, but for now, three stars will suffice. Average service, average atmosphere, average drinks.

Along with all of downtown Naperville, Features isn’t what it use to be. The bar is crowded and don’t even think about getting on the dance floor without a spill or a heel to the foot.
The DJ was ok at best, he liked to take frequent long breaks. If you like hot, sweaty unmovable spaces go ahead and check this place out.

I’ve seen a line out to the door to this place a few times — once full of girls all dressed in dresses and heels so I assumed it had more of a club-​type atmosphere.
We did our own bar hopping for St. Patrick’s Day weekend and made our way in as it was before midnight… and everyone was out just to have a good time sporting our green so it wasn’t going to be a dress & heels night in this place regardless.
After The Lantern & Jimmy’s, we made our way in for more beer… and well, food. There were several tables open and I’d say it was more of a lounge-​type place. It took some time to have our server come by to get our drink order and give us menus. It wasn’t even crowded — that is my only complaint. Big props to the $ 5 24oz bottles of Miller Lite, now that was awesome! I don’t think I’ve ever been to a bar that sold that size bottles of beer! The menu was good — in fact I couldn’t even figure out what I wanted to eat but settled for a buffalo chicken sandwich.
I can’t really give more info about this place given it wasn’t a typical night here but I’d probably stop in again.

The bar specials could use some work as they are extremely limited to things like Miller and Bud lite, $ 4 rum and coke, and another beer thrown in. The bartenders are friendly though and on the Monday before Christmas, it was dead in here so we got our drinks quickly.
Features has been the first stop on our pre-​Christmas Eve bar crawl for several years. I like the lounge feel to it but the identity suffers with all of the TVs tuned to ESPN. The bar is huge, and there’s so much potential, so what pisses me the f*ck off about this place is that they aren’t making the best of their prime real estate.
The bars in downtown Naperville just aren’t that impressive once you’re out of college. Celebrating your 21^st birthday? Bachelorette party? Sure, go for it. But Features, and downtown Naperville bars in general, aren’t for grown ups. Go over to Jackson Avenue pub and have some real food and real beer.
