I know GameStop has some issues like high prices and not price matching, but that’s the company. I can’t hold that against the employees I’ve worked with at this location. I’ve has nothing but good experiences and I’ve been there quite a bit lately! Employees are always extremely friendly and remember me and my recent purchases. They’ve always been helpful with returns and worked with me. You can find some good deals at GameStop as well. Just today I saved 20% by buying two games, now that’s a great value.

I’ve had no issues at this location. I don’t know if trade in value changes by store or if it’s standardized for the chain, but GameStop emails me when a game I bought has a high trade in value. Sorry GS but I’m keeping Monopoly Streets. I have been to many locations and these employees are pretty helpful including finding out when new sequels have previous versions of the game included so it saves me buying each game individually. They always make recommendations, but those are understandably hit or miss because I’m picky about what games I like. I appreciate their recommendation of Dante’s Inferno after telling them how much I liked the God of War series. I have no issues returning to this location for my next mass trade.

Yea this place sucks, take your chances on Ebay instead. Also your trade in value is worse than in 3rd world countries. I had a brand new Halo 4 sealed 2 days after it came out. They offered me 18 dollars for it? What a slap to the face. Also that guy Richard who works there is a complete Dick. I don’t know why they don’t just change his name-tag to dick, because he is a rude piece of shit. I hope he doesn’t let me figure out where he parks his car.

It’s a GameStop! What’s not to love? Having 3 GameStops so close to each other is one of the reasons I like living in this neighborhood — there’s actually a 4th just a few miles away in downtown Naperville, too. The place is nothing fancy, but the employees are friendly and helpful. If they don’t have what you’re looking for, they’re happy to call one of the other locations for you. Shaun R. seems bitter, or possibly a Disc Replay employee? I like both stores, but Disc Replay for dvd’s or cd’s. GameStop is better for video games. The rest of this info would be for non-gamers, or anyone new to gaming. You can pre-order games if you like them right away(they do midnight releases of some of the most popular, like when Halo 3 came out). They have all the new games/accessories. And they have previously used games at discounts. Not always original packaging, but when you’re buying a used game, most people don’t care. I always throw out the packaging on my DS games, they just take up space. I only keep them on the large disc games, like for Wii or PS3. They also have a rewards program that just changed. Not clear on how the new one works, but you pay like $ 15 or so a year and get a monthly subscription to GameInformer magazine and discounts on used games. You can also sell back your used games for credit towards new purchases.
