Huntington Apts

I own and rent out a unit here. It is a combination of units owned by people like me, and units still owned by the developer who turned them into condos.
I have so much respect for Dawn and the Huntington staff. They are friendly, helpful, and professional. They treat my tenants exactly like they would the developer’s tenants.
Issues are dealt with promptly and the property is well maintained. I only wish my other properties were as easy to deal with.

I searched for a rental property through the MLS and other venues in the western suburbs for more than 4 months. It was by accident when I searched on the internet that Huntington Apts/​Huntington Condominiums appeared. I left a message for the property manager to call me if any apartments were avaliable. Dawn called me back within 30 minutes and was the most delightful person to obtain information pertaining to the units available. I viewed the property later that afternoon and was AMAZED at the cleanliness of the unit and grounds in general. The apartment is BEAUTIFUL!!! I LOVE IT!!! The entire staff that I’ve met so far are the most attentive to the details. Dawn, Bryan, Renee, Robert, and Vicky are the GREATEST! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these units to anyone looking for apartments in the Naperville, IL area. This is the greatest staff I’ve ever met and I’ve rented several apartments in Streeterville, the Goldcoast, the western suburbs, and even just a little north of Miami Beach. You will not meet finer individuals. They exceed every expectation in the customer service arena. They are a reflection of the management”s great reputation.

I got my first apartment at Huntington Apts/​Huntington Condominiums and I love it. My neighbors have always been friendly and the complex is pretty quiet. I’ve never had any serious problems and I am extremly happy living there. The landlord is great and really friendly. It is a great value for Naperville apartments and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for apartments in Naperville, IL.
