I have never been disrespected at a restaurant like I was this very evening at 7:45 pm at KFC. I arrived to KFC at around 7:00 pm. I asked for two meals, before I was told that they are out of grilled chicken. When I asked how long it will take for them to grill a new batch, that same employee, who initially told me they do not have any available, changed her mind and said that they do have a few pieces left. I said fine. My wife was told to wait 2 minutes, yes 2 minutes for her order(regular fried chicken). The employee looked and sounded completely wasted and her eyes were extremely red, as if she were high on drugs(my assmuption, given the way she was talking and behaving). Still, I minded my own business and I said thank you and stepped aside. My order arrived missing the side and my wife’s order took over 25 minutes, not 2 minutes as we were initially told. During that time, I made more than 3 visits to the counter to ask about the status and that same employee constantly ignored me and forgot about the order. Finally, I went to her and expressed my concern and asked her to bring my food asap, because it was getting really frustrating to just sit and wait and be ignored. Her rude response to me was, «yeah, well I have been working since 5 am», even though that KFC opens at 10:00AM.(As I was told later by the district manager) So, I decided to speak to the manager, but there was non on duty. Then, I asked one of the other employees(a gentleman who was very nice and professional) to give me a phone number that I can call. He gave me the number of the district manager. I did call her on her number(779) 435‑3442. I explained what happened and she was very surprised that there was no manager on duty, even though I never complained about that matter. She was nice at first and while I was explaining to her about the issue, that same employee heard me as she was exiting the restaurant. I left the restaurant and did not accept getting a refund for the meals and started driving. Few minutes later, my phone rang and that same district manager started telling me that 3 «different» customers called her to say that I was screaming and swearing at the poor«high» employee and that it was all my fault. She did not even allow me to speak and she hung up at me after telling me that I am not welcome at KFC and that she will give my number to the police. My wife called her to explain to her that non of what she was told is true. I believe that the employee made her friends call and pretend to be customers after she heard me complain over the phone. However, instead of allowing my soft spoken wife to speak, again she shamelessly hung up in my wife’s face and told her not to ever call again. Now, I am a 44 year old professor at a very respectable school. The last thing I would do is swear and yell at a 16 year old girl who works at a KFC. The store had cameras all over it and one would expect that a district manager who manages 9 locations as she claimed, to at least investigate things before jumping into conclusions of that magnitude. I have kids with the same age group as this employee. It is outrageous for a manager to believe that«3 different» customers would call an unpublished number, that is only available upon special request and lie about what happened;(mind you that the store did not even have 3 customers at the time). The district manager insulted me, nsulted my wife and did not even give us the chance to speak. I was begging her to just let me talk and she would just not stop talking and hang up. I have travalled accross continents and have been always loyal to this chain and never in my life witnessed such attitude and behavior. It really is not about the food that was late and it is not about the teen ager cashier. It is about the principle and the customer’s right and minimal respect. This behavior from a district manager is completely unacceptable. I will never eat at any KFC again. I will make it my very mission to let as many people that I know, know about what happened, unless if that disrespectful district manager calls back(she knows my number) and listens to me and to my respectful wife and appologize for her actions. Those many cameras at the store are not for decoration and should be used in such situations. It would have taken her 5 minutes to validate who is at fault instead of acting the way she did. What a shame that a big brand like KFC would step down to this level and acuse customers of illogical lies. Absolutely disgraceful and insulting to even think about what happened. Note: I did file a complaint through the KFC website and I did call the customer service center and spoke to someone about the matter. I am supposed to recieve a call very soon from the HQ and I will update this story based on how things progress. Thank you. District manager: Shame on you and shame on who gave you that job.

Very dissatisfied! My fiancée and I were super hungry craving some chicken came through the drive thru! Customer service! Awful! Person says give me a few minutes leaves us waiting to order in our car, then we get to the Window after finally ordering for the employee to say«We put everything away! And only have half your order» This place is ridiculous! Hours state open till 11pm yet they were shutting down at 9:40!

If you want Taco Bell this is not the spot to get it from. The taco bell menu is not made correctly. Our food looked thrown on a slab. Extremely messy entrees. The KFC is ok ic you have taste for chicken. There are some Taco Bells who take pride in providing quality menu item’s. This location has never made an order right. I will not order from their Taco Bell menu at all. My kids do and they complain every time.

So, first of all this location is both a KFC and a Taco Bell. I was starving, saw Taco Bell and my ‘cheapness’ kicked in. I’d seen the 5 dollar box deal posted somewhere and I figured: A.) I’m hungry and running errands B.) I needed something cheap Well I must say, I’m glad I went there, the 5 dollar box was more than I could eat at one time and it came with a drink. They were pretty swift getting my order out and they even offered me sauces. My only compliment was the lack of a Thank You and the funky way you have to get into the drive thru.

This is the first time I’ve tried this location and will be the LAST! This place SUCKS!!! Slow service… Food terrible. Come on! How on earth can you mess up the food? The gravy is soooooooo watery… and when I say watery — it taste and have the consistency of water. Then the chicken were half-cooked and some were burnt. COMEON guys! Then they cut down on my biscuits too! Ughh! A VERYBADEXPERIENCEANDWILLNOTGOBACKTOTHISLOCATIONAGAIN. ANDWILLTELLEVERYBODY I KNOWABOUTITTOO!!!
