I went in with questions, so many many questions, about a few bushes & flowers I actually bought somewhere else that were having problems. Becky helped me out & she was AWESOME! Then again we have the same name so I didn’t expect anything less ;p She took a lot of time discussing what’s probably wrong and how to correct the problems. She also went on to give me other ideas on future gardening! Going in with little to no gardening knowledge I appreciated the explanations she gave and the time she took with me. I will absolutely be going back for my future gardening!!!

I had such a great experience here! I came in with little to no knowledge of plants or gardening. I was working with a blank space too, so I went with an open mind. All of the staff was so helpful. One employee in particular probably spent about 45 mins helping me design! Definitely check it out if you’re in the area. Wonderful prices and selection

Really good spot for plants, shrubs, flowers, etc. My favorite is Diane who is extremely friendly and helpful. A little moiré expensive buy always great quality.

Wonderful selection of healthy plants. The staff are absolutely fabulous. They are always willing to help and are very patient and knowledgable.
Prices are a little higher, but worth it.

Helpful staff, overwhelming selection.

Beautiful plants, great staff. I bought a bunch of veggie plants here last summer and came back this spring for flowers. The staff here is so helpful and friendly. One employee helped me select a plant for my mom for Mothers Day, and even sifted through several plants to help me find the healthiest, best looking one. I come here before I hit up the garden center at Home Depot because I know the employees here really look after the plants and know what they’re talking about.

Love this place! They have the most beautiful baskets around. Wonderful customer service, too.

We purchased what was tagged as a pure white rose bush and it turned out to be pure pink roses instead. Their idea of customer service is for me to dig up the rose bush and be sure to return the bush with a receipt. I won’t be shopping there again.

I agree with the other reviewer! Wow! I walked in with zero knowledge on how to start but the staff (who was just Diane today) got me all set!!! This place has to s of plants too and EVERY herb, and they get them started for you. I can’t wait for my next visit back here for more!

I had several friends suggest Lizzie’s to me after shopping there. I wasn’t so impressed. I found the retail shopping unorganized and difficult to navigate with such large carts. There was no rhyme or reason to the location of the perennials. They were not separated by sun or shade tolerant, which, makes for easier shopping. Nor did the plants have labels/​signs that were visible from a short distance away. You had to search every table to find the one plant you were looking for. It looked messy as well. There were plants all over on the ground, which, made reaching onto the benches difficult.
The check-​out process wasn’t convenient either. You had to go back into the crowded greenhouse with your cart and clog up all the aisles.
I did, however, have good results with the annual flowers I purchased, but not sure it was worth the hassle.

Very helpful staff and had all kinds of unique plants and flowers I don’t see very often.
