Manorcare Health Services-Naperville

These people are criminals! Do absolutely whatever you can to ensure someone you love does not go here because they will be abused and neglected! Our mother in law fell out of her wheelchair and needed 1 month of therapy to recover from a broken leg & based on the clearly false Unilocal review posted and the sales a con artists that work at ManorCare, we trusted them. We did thorough research and visited the property and were assured that the woman we love more than anything would be taken care of.
As soon as she was transferred to ManorCare from the hospital she was mistreated. She said every nurse she spoke with was rude and abrasive. They didn’t have nearly adequate equipment to accommodate for anyone with handicap needs. The most disgusting thing about these people is the criminal negligence. Our mother was being deprived of her pain medication as the lazy nurse was withholding it and we are in the process of pressing charges because our mother was left alone in her bed for so many hours that she actually wet herself and was left to lay in it helplessly for HOURS! Guaranteed if you have anything to do with this place you will absolutely regret it. We feel it is our duty to warn anyone we can as we had wished someone had warned us because now we are left to pick up the pieces and do you think the criminals at ManorCare actually care? Of course not. We were told an investigation would be conducted on the nurses responsible and absolutely NEVER heard back. Worst business we can ever imagine! Please be warned!

Manorcare is a nice facility with an extremely courteous staff and great care for their patient’s. If a loved one is in need of rehabilitation in the Chicagoland area I personally recommend Manorcare as a fine place.
